Max Recipients Exceeded on Pro Account

Question

Hi,I’m getting an error stating I have exceeded the maximum number of recipients on an envelope despite the number being below the allowed threshold. Specifically, I have 26 recips on a single envelope and this is being created on an eSignature Business Pro plan. This should allow for 99 recipients, right? We’ve created many envelopes with a similar number of recips previously but have never encountered a problem.  Recips are configured to receive the request by email, not SMS, if that matters. Any thoughts? Thanks for any help.

Hello @Robert S.,Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!Upon checking with our resources, you can send up to 99 recipients to one envelope. However, we encountered a bug that restricted customers from sending documents to more than 10 recipients, so for now, you need to send to 10 recipients only while our engineering team is still checking and finding a resolution for this bug.
