Hello, In our business, we need to send the same form to individual customers. Given the fast paced nature of our job, we need to be able to send this as a link that opens the editable PDF form and the customers are able to submit the form capturing their email address as well.  Is there a way to make this happen with DocuSign, instead of having to send the document via email to the customers? Let me know if it needs more clarification. Thank you in advance for your time and help! 

I am BRAND NEW to this. I’ve only used DS for signing things. I have a couple of short term rental properties that I would love to use DS/lease templates for. I don’t understand a couple of things. Template is made (by me, not with DS template) with spaces for modifications. I will need to change name, dates, etc. every time I send a new lease out (frequently).  How do I make these changes in the template so that my lease agreement reflects the current lease/tenant information? If I “tag” blank spaces to be filled out by recipients, don’t I need to be able to view this information before I sign off on it? I would need to be able to do that.  I would prefer to fill this information out myself (name of tenant and check-in/out dates of agreement. Can I do that within the app? Thank you!

When clients complete our Docusign, they see the text boxes outlined in red. We want to remove this and have a text box with no outline for them, so they can see it how it looks in the final downloaded document. Is this possible?

HiI have 3 documents that has been signed by everyone except 1 person, and now they are listed as voided.How can I re-instate the document and make sure the signatures already on there are kept, so that I only need to send to that 1 person who is missing? Thanks  

I recently signed an offer letter and am trying to access the signed document. It is not located in the “Completed” section of the Envelopes tab or anywhere else under the Agreements section. I went back to the original email I received when signing the document but the link was expired so I was only able to request a new link or log in. I logged in again but there was still no document. I requested a new link and it indicated that a new link was sent but I never received it. I checked Spam and everywhere else but did not receive a new link. 

Hi, Forgive me if this has been covered before, I am a beginner and have looked around to the best of my ability. We are implementing an new CRM system, DocuSign is part of that implementation. We frequently send letters that should be signed automatically with the authors signature. The CRM system is capable of doing this if we provide the signatures in .svg file format. I would like to know how exactly I can utilise DocuSign to capture 200+  signatures, extract and store them in a format that I can then convert to .svg. I believe we have an enterprise license for DocuSign. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you Rolf 

Hello, I am sending the same envelope to 8 recipients.  On Add Fields, I have added the fields for recipient one, who is in yellow.  When I select recipient two from the drop down menu on the left to add their fields, their color is blue.  On their form, however, I still see yellow fields from recipient one.  Am I supposed to add the blue fields next to/on top of recipient one’s fields? I have 8 to add and I don’t see where these will all fit, but right now every color of field is on every recipient’s page.  And if I delete a field (recipient one’s signature field, for example,) it deletes from all the pages.  I’m just trying to understand if I’m supposed to see everyone’s fields on everyone’s pages, or if their separate pages should have only their color on there.  I hope this is making sense.  THANK YOU.

What happens if 1) you send an agreement out for signatures, 2) you sign that sent agreement and the counterparty printed out the copy that’s signed by one side, but then 3) you void the agreement? What happens if the counterparty printed out the copy we signed (so after step 2 but before step 3) and subsequently signs that physical copy?  Would the "Voiding" language in DocuSign make the counterparty signing a printed copy void?  

Hi everyone,In my DocGen word based template, I use some conditionnal display for some appendices of my document.I recently add some sections into my document to have few pages in landscape display. But now when the match is true, everything is display correctly and when the match is false, instead of my content remaining hidden, a blank page takes its place.To be more precise, between my matching condition and my endcondtionnal, I used “Next page” elements to separate my landscape page from my portrait pages. I tried with the “continuous” element but it didn’t work well after generation. Because it’s the only real difference with my previous version without “blank pages”, it seems that it came from the “next pages” elements, as if the next page element was out of my condtionnal display, but I don’t find any other solution for the landscaped pages. Do you have any idea how to fix this ?  thanks in advance Stan 

Is there a way to create Custom Field where you can format with a font size higher than 72 ?? Ideally I am looking at between 150 and 200. Also being able to center the text would be useful. 

Hi,I’m getting an error stating I have exceeded the maximum number of recipients on an envelope despite the number being below the allowed threshold. Specifically, I have 26 recips on a single envelope and this is being created on an eSignature Business Pro plan. This should allow for 99 recipients, right? We’ve created many envelopes with a similar number of recips previously but have never encountered a problem.  Recips are configured to receive the request by email, not SMS, if that matters. Any thoughts? Thanks for any help.

Signed document sent document but now I noticed I made a mistake how do I get doc back to fix? Just sent about 30 minutes ago. I’m not used to computers so not sure what to do. thanks,Frank

Some of the already completed and downloaded parts of my document do not appear when I upload the document into the docusign space.  The original form was an online form but nearly everything transferred ok,  Nearly everything is obviously not what I need.  Any suggestions appreciated! TY

Is there a way for me to print out a document that has been sent to a client, but they have not signed it?  In some cases, we have clients that just cannot handle the electronic signing, and we need to get a wet signature from the client in person.  When I try to print the document all of the fields I filled out are blank.  Thanks in advance for your help!

What are I doing wrong.  when I try to send my envelope I get this message To send, you must complete the 1 pre-fill fields with sender permissions.

Dear All, I hope you can assist, I am trying to give a user access so that they can open, receive and download signed documents within Docusign - however, all they can see if my signed documents but cannot see all staff. Have I missed something in the process? This individual does not need full access to upload or send out forms - just view, edit, possibly sign and download.Please advise?Thank you@Tara_OLS 

I am in litigation with  a company and I have a pdf of a docusigned document that I cannot locate in my  account under the email address that I currently am able to log in under and the other two emails do not have docusigned accounts that they may of been under.  I have the envelope number but I do not have this document in my email that the other party has my email address too.  I would feel I would have a copy on my hard drive or in my email.   I have neither and they have locked me out of my accounts on both the  financial side and the website for the car dealership.  is there a way to track down the document with the envelope id?

 Anybody is having issue retrieving the token Docusign.eSign version 8.0.0 on dot.net 4.8? aToken = docuSignClient.RequestJWTUserTokenAsync(clientId,                                         impersonatedUserId,                                         oAuthBaseUri,                                         privateKeyBytes,                                         tokenExpiry,                                         scopes, token) Return aToken.Result ‘←- this never returns, neither the timeout token kick in. It’s stuck and go no where forever. 

Currently I am using DocuSign Demo(Preview) connector to achieve the pdf Sign functionality. If I use DocuSign Demo connector, I won’t get the Production connection reference in the Account and vice versa, if I use DocuSign main connector, I won’t get the Demo connection reference in the Account. Is there any possibility that can I use DocuSign Main connector with Demo Connection References. Below are the two images, one is DocuSign Demo(Preview) Connector and DocuSign main connector.Anyone please help here, Is there any possibilities? Thank youIbrahim SK

Hi Everyone- I am a fairly new docusign user. Wondering if it’s possible to lock only a portion of a page on a form fillable PDF after e-sig has been applied? The reason I ask- I have created a one page form fillable document that has a ‘top’ section a new vendor is required to fill out (that requires a signature) and a ‘bottom’ section that is for company use only (I’ve attached a screenshot example).For a form fillable PDF, once the the e-sig is applied, all fields are locked from further edit, understandably. In this case though, I would like to be able to continue to fill info into the ‘bottom’ part of the form which is separated by the “For Acme Inc Use Only” section, rather than print, then wet fill in, then re-scan as a pdf. Is it possible to only lock the fields above the black separator line? I am working on a project for application ownership acknowledgement.  I am sending one envelope with multiple documents to a single person we think is the application owner.  Each document is a separate application.  I have a template made and am using checkboxes that say I am the app owner or I am not the app owner and have a condition set on those fields so that if they say they are not the app owner it skips the signature in order to finish the envelope.  I am running into issues now when I am trying to only download the documents that have been signed.  It appears that once the envelope is finished every document in the envelope is being marked as signed or complete.  Is there any options to be able to identify which individual documents have been signed as opposed to the entire envelope?  Or is there a better way to make the template?  Ultimately my goal is let my users tell me if they are or aren’t the app owner for each application without having to send them in separate envelop
