Hi,We’re trying to build a simple integration in our web app with DocuSign, where users will upload an ad-hoc document, then use drag & drop interface to add fields such as Signature, Name, Date Signed.We’re embedding sender view URL for the envelope in an IFRAME (see below). Is there a way of restricting/specifying which fields the user is able to drag from the palette? We’ve been playing with various TaggerSettings, but without any luck.  

Is there a way the sender can see what I added to a document if I don’t press “Finish”? Even if I press “finish later”, sender can’t see it.Filled in information for the Sender, “Mount Sinai representative”,however it requires me to get the Mt Sinai Representative signature before accepting “Finish” but she cant see my changes.If I choose option “decline to sign”, or assign to someone else it says the document ill be voidedPer her request, I sent a pdf generated documentover email to her.

Hi, I’ve tried to search for an answer but can’t find anything which relates to what I need. I would like to be able to disable autofill of recipients (from both the personal contact list and the user list). Is this possible ? I know how to edit my contact list but I’ve had a couple of users sending documents to incorrect people as it has pre-populated a previous email address and they haven’t noticed. Any ideas anyone? 

I have docusigned an agreement upon invitation of the counterparty. I have a partial pdf with the DocuSign Envelope ID, can I use this ID to retrieve the entire document?Thank you

Hello - can a template I created and shared with another user, be sent by that user using the bulk send option? Looking over her shoulder, I don’t see the bulk send as on option for her. Does she just need administrator permission to do this? Thanks!  

If we activate witness signing option, does it impact  the consumption of DocuSign envelopes. The document signed by one person, then one envelope is used. Now that we have a witness and a person signing does this consume 2 envelopes ?

Hello,I have been trying to better understand using a Web form. The scenario has 3 roles: Salesperson, Customer, and Approver.Use case current state: Salesperson receives envelope and signs Customer receives envelope and signs Approver receives envelope, reviews and approves or denies. Pretty straight forward. We want to add an extra piece to the workflow that only impacts the customer.After they sign, we want the customer to be redirected to a partner website where they can enter their consent preferences.The web forms “Thank you page” has functionality to add a button with a configured URL*, which I what I have working. However, what I’m finding is the Salesperson will also be redirected to that partner site, which we don’t want or need. Is there a way to design a workflow that omits Roles 1 and 3?Also, we have been moving to use composite templates that our API will build the envelope based on what the sales order needs for documentation. Is it possible to have a webform (template)

Is there a way to set the default text to a specific font and size? The default settings - Lucida Console, size 9 - are awful.

Hi, We want to automate the creation of documents and their sending for signature.I suppose it is possible to create documents from templates created in Docusign using an API, to which we pass the particular data of each case.My question is about the custom fields that we can configure with the signature (checkboxes, texts, dates...). Is it possible to read the information or status of these custom fields from the API? To save the data in our system.Thanks.

Good Day, I’m using the RESTAPI to send documents from an in-house developed system to DocuSign to be sent out to recipients.The setup is as follows:Roles have been setup as signatory 1, signatory 2, signatory 3, etc The documents to be sent have the same format but with different, names, titles, etc. example: document1 is meant for signatory 1, document2 is meant for signatory 2, document3 is meant for signatory 3, etc Each of these documents also has signing fields for Director 1 and Director 2.   The documents are included for matching.   On DocuSign, I’ve created individual templates for each of the documents. example: there is a template for document1, a template for document 2, a template for document 3, etc   When sending the documents for signing individually from the in-house developed system, it is successful. example: sending document 1 goes to recipient with the role signatory 1, and Director 1 and Director 2. I’d like to have the Email Documents step in my workflow however I’d like to present the user with a prepopulated form that allows them to review the email content before the step fires. My workflow or logic looks like this: Choice → “Send Email” (option)Review email content (this is the page I’d like to present to the user) Email Documents.The Email Review page doesn’t need to include the actual documents.  I’d like it to include the Recipient, Subject, and email body. (3 different text fields)  [The subject and email body I’d like to retrieve boiler text from an eForm.]  After that information is submitted or captured by the CLM user I’d like the system to pass that into the Email Document step. My hunch is that I use the Full Page Edit form step but can’t get it to work correctly or maybe there’s a better step?Can anyone elaborate on how to use this step or suggest a better approach? I run a property business in the UK and I ask new investors I work with to complete an investor onboarding form in Mailchimp.I want to set up a Zap (Zapier) to then get a standard NDA/NCA doc in Docusign generated and sent to them automatically.At the moment I am doing this manually and I want to remove the manual operation.Can anyone give guidance on how to do this please? Thanks, Fiona

Our organization is using DocuSign SSO.  After successful SSO users always land on https://apps.docusign.com/send/home page. We would like our users to be redirected the Drafts view instead - https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents?view=draft Usually in SAML SSO this is done via RelayState parameter but DocuSign is ignoring this parameter. Is there a way to force DocuSign to go to a different page/view after SSO?Thanks. 

I have setup docusign API, Every thing is working fine . I can create envelop and can see the envelop id in response but signer is not receiving any emails to sign the documents. 

How do I change an Envelope’s  recipient without losing the tab values that may already have been filled by the previous user using esign api ?Few things I have found and triedcollaborative fields are persisted over recipient updatesupdate recipient removes the fields that were filled by the previous recipient (using Finish Later option)If update follows the following steps1. mark all fields for recipient as shared: true using updateRecipientTabs api2 update recipient3 reset changes done in step 1This works but it looks like a lot of over complication.
