I am trying to add my team photo to Docusign profile picture and no matter how I size it, it is too zoomed and can’t seem to get whole team in.  Only 4 people, but help, why is this so hard???  Can manipulated in photoshop as needed, but no matter what I have done it seems to have a mind of it’s own as to how to crop everything out that I want?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of displayed the profile picture as needed, I understand that you want to change your profile picture to include your team photo.

 

Have you tried to use the dimensions 170 x 170 pixels?

Hello.  i’m having the same issue and the above suggestion did nothing.  No matter what picture I try and use for my profile, it just looks like a black dot, regardless of sizing or zooming.

Are you the only user on your account affected by this?

Please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
