Edit a document after it has been signed

How can I edit a document after it has been signed?

There is a small typo on a date (wrong year) in which all parties agree upon.

I don’t want to have to do a variation for a simple error.

I don’t have a “Manage” tab at the top of my account.

Hello @Lindaon66,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

Once the envelope is completed, there is no option to correct the information on it.

You will need to create a new envelope, you can Copy Envelope with Field Data to expedite the envelope creation.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
