My company provide me with Business Pro account, which seems that it is not compliant with the part 11. What is the account plan name that is compliant with the part 11, and what is a annual fee for it. In addition, although my company’s plan is the Business Pro, can an individual upgrade the account to be compliant with the part 11?Thank you for your quick response! 

Hi,is it possible to define two signers as alternative signers, i.e. the envelope gets closed when one of them signs? The use case is if the document is signed by one of two authorized signatories the document becomes valid. Sometimes it is not clear who of the authorized signatories will be the one to sign it ahead of sending the doc. Thanks

How can I tell who voided an envelope or how the envelope got voided?  

I have contract renewal data maintained in Excel sheet and looking to automate the contract renewal process  where as per due date DocuSign initiation process should automatically gets triggered for signers signature. 

This provides intended behavior but when I try put the checkbox trigger over French and set english unchecked it does not work the same way and hides the intended functionaliy

I’m unable to finish document signing, because ID verification is not successful.According to IDNow (the verification provider), DocuSign doesn’t accept my new passport issued in Dec 2022. And the reason is that it is somewhat new version of passport, which can not be accepted by DocuSign for verification.Could you please provide the way to sign the document.

Hi, Is there a way to send a word document as an attachment and remain or be opened in that format?  Along with sending documents to sign, I want the receiver to be able use attachment to copy the text to insert onto their own company letterhead as well as add in a couple of other details.  Need to make it as simple as possible and can’t assume everyone has Adobe Acrobat to convert from PDF to word format.Thanks

We have two domains using the same Identity provider.  Is there a way to have the Just in time provisioning set up to add the users from domain A to a different GUID than Domain B or is that not possible.   we have separate accounts in our Org for each of these domains and want to keep the users separated until we are able to merge the domains and change all users email. 

Hi,The envelop I sent to others to sign has been missing one last signature. I tried to re-send it to the last signee, but the envelop no longer comes up in ‘Waiting for others’ or anywhere else. But if I click the ‘Review Document’ button included in the DocuSign notification email titled ‘ xxxxxxx reviewed Contract XZY’, I could see the document. What could be the issue and how can I locate my missing envelope?  Thank you,Miho

One of our users cannot see any envelopes in the inbox after January of this year.  I have tried the usual remedies, but those have not worked. 

L.S.,I have added a text to a specific signature (upon the request of that signatory) after all other signatories had already signed the docusign request. When having resent the amended request, and downloading the document, the text does not appear on the document (at that moment the reipient has not yet signed the document). For that reason it is difficult to check whether the recipient indeed sees the text when opening the request. Would be great if somebody could advise whether this is indeed correct or whether I miss something 

Hi everyone,This is the first time I have experienced this issue and I need your help. I completed a form for my clients to initial and sign and within the form I have filled in a lot of tick boxes and blank boxes with ‘ready only’ copy and ‘required boxes’ etc. I sent the envelope and they have received it, but in my cc copy it shows the document with none of the information that I added. So, all my work has disappeared and I can only assume my clients are seeing the same thing. Which is not great if they are. Now, when I go into the same document I sent to ‘correct’ it, all the information is still there? Is it because they haven’t signed it yet and the form isn’t fully completed that I am not seeing all the fields I added? Can anyone help resolve this for me or know what might be happening here? How do we control the settings for notifications for sending on behalf of someone? Like if Person A sends a document on behalf of B. Currently B is getting a barrage of notifications that he’d rather not get.

I have paid to send 5 envelopes a month, does anyone know whether the DocuSign months are from the 1st of the month until the end, or from the date you paid from i.e. the 12th?Also, if I upgrade, are the previous plan costs taken into consideration, or is it as if I am a brand new client?Any support would be most grateful.Many thanks Rob Tolley 

Have 1000s of envelopes, need to extract all that data into a spreadsheet.

We are sending estimates to clients and there are options where the customer will initial to accept or decline an option. We added two initial labels and made them not required but we can have customers sign both if they are confused. TLDR; Is there a way to set up the initial field like a radio button? 

I have a PDF document that has been signed using DocuSign.  It has a string of characters below the signature.  How do I use those characters to determine when the document was signed (or any other info)?  I believe the date on the document won’t match the date the signature was created or that the signature was forged in some way.

Hi.When I upload 3 different forms with multiple recipients (my account is not yet upgraded to bulk sending). Does this mean that each recipients will receive the form individually and signed them individually as well?I dont want the other recipients to see who else received the forms. Is it default it docusign that recipients will not see the others who received the same form? 

One of my team wants to remove the Envelope ID from the top of the documents we send out.  I see there is an option in Sending Settings called “Enable including the Envelope ID on the document” and “Include Envelope ID by default” but for me both of them are greyed out.  I have DS Admin access.  How do I enable these options? 

I deleted signatures from my profile, but docusign is still trying to use the deleted signatures on documents. I don’t know how to use the only signature that is saved.

I have downloaded the user csv. I then edited the columns I want to update. I tried to upload the change and I am getting this error AccountId must be the first or second field in the import. If it is the second field, SiteId must be the first field. This is the exact same structure as the downloaded CSV. I have not changed the first 2 columns. The first column is SiteID (unchanged), the second column is AccountID (also unchanged) Any help on why I am getting this error?

Hi All,I need to upload an agreement of 50 pages and 15 annexes with a total of approx 250 pages.I would like to have the initials of both parties under each (300) pages.Is it possible to upload all the documents and apply the initial of both parties at the bottom right position of all documents/pages/ in once? Otherwise I have to repeat more than 600 times the same action.Thanks for sharing your ideas (of better the solution)Best Roy

Hi,I use Zoho CRM and I need to send documents to sign.the processo should be this: automatically the template should be filled w/data that already are in the crm record (let’s say in a contact)then the document should be sent using whatsapp and the sign should be done by SMS OTP  Authentication.I do not understand if this is possibile with Docusign or I need to find another provider.thanks
