i added a user to my account and made them an admin, but every time they login, it's sending me a code to my email to verify rather than his. Can you help?

I have set up a shared envelope for our team, and the documents once sent moves to a shared envelope so everyone can see movement, the issue that comes up is we get asked what stage the documents are for signing, as none of the team get notifications as all the notification emails get emailed to the shared email address. Is there anyway that the original user can get the notifications instead as the only way of knowing if any movement is checking the sent box on DocuSign as the shared envelope as over 30 people added and looking through the emails is not the best or easiest way.  Is there anyway of adding that person who sent originally I know we can added a cc in the signatures but they only get a notification once everything is completed not at different stages of the envelope, like someone has viewed or witness has signed or its with another person now. like if we sent from our personal envelope we would get updates on each step and thats what we need. I do have admin rights so if t

How can I see email older than six months?  i have a Docusign Account but it won’t let me go back any further than that?

Is it possible to set a default brand per user?  We have 2 brands and it would be nice to set a default depending on the user not the company.  

In the bulk user export there is a column for UserStatus and MembershipStatus.  In some accounts the MembershipStatus shows Closed but the UserStatus shows Active.  What is the difference between the two?

With no phone support, no chat support, and no ability to open a ticket through the website, how do you get support???I am logged into my account but the ability to open a support ticket does not exist. When I try, I am taken to the Manage Cases page showing old tickets, but no button exists to open a NEW ticket. Chat takes you to the same page. Phone tells you to use the website. Hello! I uploaded a CSV template following Docusign’s v2 bulk import template to share a list of names, email addresses etc. I followed all instructions correctly, yet I keep getting an error on the Email column saying “name” is required (even though I did include Name). Any tips?!

We received an email from the above address and our inquiring if this is a legitimate email address, since it states that a grand jury subpoena has been requested.  Hoping you can determine if it’s a scam or if we will need to respond to the email.Thank you. 

Is it possible for:a DocuSign envelope to be sent to a Principal (senior employee) for signing, but copied to their Secretary   the Secretary to be able to sign the document on behalf of the Principal but under the Principal’s name (and using their signature)For completeness, this is different to delegating signing.  I am looking for a process that replicates (in DocuSign) a situation where a Principal authorises their Secretary to apply their e-signature to a document for signing.  Thanks.  

No matter what I do, the option to change Document Visibility does not show up in Sending Settings. I’m not sure if this setting is only available for certain plans, but I have the Standard. I’ve done this from the Admin tab on the home page as well as the advanced document settings.

We are experiencing an ongoing issue, with multiple users, both internal and external of our company. The issue is signers are receiving requests to sign documents again, after they have already signed them. The issue began a couple of months ago and is rather sporadic, but we have had more than 10 different users report it at this point, many of which are power users who use DocuSign a LOT. We saw the other post below describing the issue as well, but we don’t believe users are clicking the link to trigger the new email. The users reporting the issue are some of our biggest DocuSign users like Legal, who sign hundreds of documents a year. We use Ariba for many of our DocuSign signatures, but the issue isn’t isolated to Ariba contracts. We also see the issue with manually created signature requests outside of Ariba. We tried some test Documents to see if we could recreate the issue, but they have all worked without duplicate emails. Is anyone out there able to confirm this behavior in

However under manage cases, I do not see an option to create a case, instead I see the following messageYour Docusign plan does not support opening cases. Learn how to upgrade your plan to access support, or find additional help resources in the Docusign Support Center.Isn’t standard paid account eligible to create cases? Or am I missing something

One of our team members realized that she entered an incorrect email address after she clicked Send an envelope. When she went in to correct the envelope, the email address section was greyed out and she was not able to type in the correct email address. Could anyone tell me why you wouldn’t be able to edit an email address when trying to correct an envelope?

Hi, We use DocuSign from SAP Ariba Contract Workspace, however it feels restricting as I cannot use my DocuSign templates.We use a task in Ariba that allows to send the document for signature but it asks for who should sign regardless of our templates.Is there another way to get executed contracts stored in Ariba than this way? (I don’t necessarily need to initiate from Ariba).

I have 40 documents to be signed two parties.  The first party (Party A) will always be the same (in other words, Party A will sign all 40 documents).   The counter-signing second party will be different for each of the 40 documents.My question is: How do I send all 40 documents to Party A at the same time, while having the 40 counter-signers only receive their individual document (and not the 39 other documents that they will not be signing)?

I have a client who has checked their inbox and spam box but have not received their document.  I tried sending it to me and did not receive it either.  I contacted our IT department to see if they could find it in my email, and they do not even see it ever being sent to me.  This is an important document that I am needing our client to sign before the end of the month.  Any suggestion on what could be going on?

After sending off a document for DocuSign signatures I received the following message: smtp; 530 5. 1. 0 <dse_na3@docusign.net> sender rejected Is this an issue with the receiving party and/or their phone/computer settings for receiving the email?  I double checked the email address and it was correct.  Per DocuSign’s suggestions I even re-entered the recipient’s information, including email, as part of the “Correct” procedure in my DocuSign account.   Any suggestions for fixing this issue?FYI, I have successfully sent this recipient 10 to 15 docuSign emails over the past 6 months.
