Can I add additional users to my account (such as other staff in my office)? if I had the standard plan or do I need the Business Pro plan to do that?

I have used this program for years.  As of yesterday I am unable to receive any documents. When I requested to resend a link, the link went to an incorrect email.  My email mispelled.  I can’t figure out who to call or how to fix it.  neither can the sender.  I actually activated a free trial to try and bypass the issue but no luck.  very odd and need some clear simple direction as a lot of my contracts go thru this program.  Sorry don’t understand all the categories.   Please advise.. thank you!!!

A recipient is not able to complete a Docusign because she isn't able to add her title in the "title" field. Can anyone assist?

Hello,We need to install “DocuSign PKI software” + “DocuSign browser extension” to be able to sign some contracts for a local Windows user (without admin privileges). After the installation using admin credentials, the browser doesn’t recognize the DocuSign PKI software is installed, not even if I execute the browser with the same admin user I’ve installed the software.The only way it works is directly connected in admin account – but in that scenario we don’t have the  certificate we need that is installed in the first local user I mentioned. Could someone help us with that, please?Thanks! 

Hi all,I have a question about adding comments and tasks to notify users during workflow processes. Is it only possible to tag users who has been assigned access rights? In my case, I seem to be able to tag all users, as they are all CLM admin in our UAT environment 😅

Hello.  I am trying to tidy up our CLM tenant and would like to bulk download hundreds of older documents to store outside CLM in an archive. How do I bulk download?  I don’t want to have to manually select and download 20 at a time.  Is there a way to do this please?

My company uses our DocuSign integration to send varying amounts of documents in each envelope, and we are adding an optional field that needs to be on each page, but will always be the same value throughout the envelope if the recipient does choose to fill it in. I’ve seen that data replication is possible for fields using the API, but haven’t found any references or instructions specifically related to the Apex toolkit.Can the Apex toolkit set multiple fields to replicate the data of any one that is filled in by the recipient?

When reviewing the Envelope History, two actions in the “Action” column are “Opened” and “Viewed”.  What is the difference between these two actions?  For example, do both actions provide evidence the recipient saw the email and at least opened/viewed the document?   Sometimes when recipients have not signed the document, I email them and indicate, “I notice you opened (and/or viewed) the document on xxxx but have not signed it. The deadline for xxxx has passed.”  When there are strict deadlines contained within the document and recipients try to say they were not aware of/did not see the DocuSign email until after the deadline, I want to be correct if I ‘counter’ with evidence on the report that indicates otherwise.Thank you!

We want to automate job contract managment with docugen document and using power automate to populate infos from Microsoft Dynamics.Everything work fine except for a rich text fied that contain all the job description in html format. For this field Docugen return "DocGen creation failed.  One or more validation errors occurred."how to format properly the data that are send to this field to keep the formated tet ?

Hello!! I’ve been trying to look this up, but getting no where. In my minimal experimentation, I have been unable to figure this out either. I’m curious if this is simply not a feature of Docusign or if I’m just missing something? When sharing a template during a Zoom call, the Zoom app makes me log in to Docusign and then makes me email the form to the person I want to share it with. Is there a way to NOT email it to them? I simply want to be able to share the template in-meeting and have them sign it right then and there.  Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I received a file via DocuSign for signing sent by an email from my manager, at the time I did not have a DocuSign account. It was my first time using DocuSign, while trying to familiarize myself with the process, I uploaded a signature as a test. Now, I am unable to change this signature to the correct one.I searched for the solution, I found out that I need to create an account to change the signature, I have since created a DocuSign account, but the file doesn't exist in my account to sign it! I even tried to register my signature in my account and the tried to sign the file in my email but it still use the first signature(the test one)Could you please assist me in accessing the file in my account or guide me on how to change my signature for this document?Thank you for your time and assistance. If I send two documents for signature within one send, does it get billed as one envelope or two?

For years I have used Docusign but I only ever received documents to sign.  I now want to send a document to be signed. What do I do?  Do I need a paid account? Does the document need to be in PDF format or Word?  I have the document currently in Word.Just confused as how to get started because when I try to signup using my existing user id and password, I receive an error.

Hello all!Apologies now if I do not make any sense or if I am making this way more complicated than it needs to be!  I have a template with conditional logic that is working.  However, I would like to add additional logic if possible. Here is a screen shot of my form.Current logic:     A box at the top of the form is checked requiring this section to be complete.     If any of the ‘other’ boxes are checked a text box appears.     If any of the boxes under Frequency of ACH Payroll or Frequency of ACH Tax is checked text boxes         appear.What I would like to happen is the boxes under Frequency of ACH Payroll and Frequency of ACH Tax not to show initially.  If Payroll or Tax Payments box is checked then the boxes show and still have the logic if one of those boxes is chosen a text box appears.  The check boxes in each section are grouped with validation to choose at least one. Thank you!Wendi

I used to be able to set DocuSign to send reminders all those who have not signed their documents daily until they have signed with a one button set up (so that I don’t have to do for each envelope, which is also no longer an option to me). I can no longer do this (our school just got DocuSign back). Why can’t I use that feature? I have over 50 envelopes to resend right now with many more to come & it is very time consuming to hit resend on each envelope.Also there is no longer an easy way to search for a specific envelope, ie when I type in a name absolutely nothing comes up or everything comes up. Is this the new DocuSign or are these paid upgrades now? Thank you

However, in rare cases, the children may also need to sign. Is it possible for the children to sign on the same form as the parents, even if the children do not have their own email? And what about when a third person, for example, needs to sign for the account holder in the case of a direct debit? Is that also possible in some way?Thanks in advanceImmi
