Hello!  We currently do not have the box checked to allow recipients to withdraw their consent if they decline to sign so am thinking they would need to log into a DocuSign account they crated.  Where in the account can is the withdraw consent found?  Can they even withdraw consent this way?  Is it possible to restrict recipients from being allowed to withdraw within DocuSign so the only way they could is by emailing the Credit Union?

If you do not enable the “Allow recipients to withdraw their consent” setting in DocuSign, recipients will not have an in-app option to withdraw. They won’t find a “Withdraw Consent” link in their DocuSign account. In that scenario, the only way for them to withdraw is to contact you (e.g., by email), since you have restricted that functionality within DocuSign.

On other question.  If we do have the check mark turned on is there any reporting in DocuSign showing recipients checked it?
