I am stuck in a loop with he chat about about getting to a support expert as it keeps telling me to sign in and submit a support ticket, but when I do sign in and got to my tickets I can see I had a ticket a year ago, but nowhere to click to submit new ticket.
then I tried saying I couldn't log in and it says go to get support and fill out the support form that anyone can submit, and thats nowhere to be see.
so for the love of patience, can any please help me get in touch with support directly?

If you still cannot log in after you try to reset your password, visit the More support options section on the Get Support page. Select your product and fill out the corm to contact support. You can also complete this form when you're unable to access past invoices from a previous paid account.
yes, I downgraded to freemium 2 months ago as we moved to a different platform, but I still seem to be getting charged for the subscription, so need to ask support whats going on
