I just opened a free account in order to send this message. I have another account under an email that is no longer active and I wish to cancel that account. I was just charged $255 and would like a refund. How do I go about doing that?

Dear All, I hope you can assist, I am trying to give a user access so that they can open, receive and download signed documents within Docusign - however, all they can see if my signed documents but cannot see all staff. Have I missed something in the process? This individual does not need full access to upload or send out forms - just view, edit, possibly sign and download.Please advise?Thank you@Tara_OLS 

I am in litigation with  a company and I have a pdf of a docusigned document that I cannot locate in my  account under the email address that I currently am able to log in under and the other two emails do not have docusigned accounts that they may of been under.  I have the envelope number but I do not have this document in my email that the other party has my email address too.  I would feel I would have a copy on my hard drive or in my email.   I have neither and they have locked me out of my accounts on both the  financial side and the website for the car dealership.  is there a way to track down the document with the envelope id?

Hi!Asking since signer typically does not review, but moreso redliner works internally, then routes to their signer.We want to avoid having the redliner return or have the signer ignore especially as DocuSign spam concerns.Thank you,Dave Z

 Anybody is having issue retrieving the token Docusign.eSign version 8.0.0 on dot.net 4.8? aToken = docuSignClient.RequestJWTUserTokenAsync(clientId,                                         impersonatedUserId,                                         oAuthBaseUri,                                         privateKeyBytes,                                         tokenExpiry,                                         scopes, token) Return aToken.Result ‘←- this never returns, neither the timeout token kick in. It’s stuck and go no where forever. 

Currently I am using DocuSign Demo(Preview) connector to achieve the pdf Sign functionality. If I use DocuSign Demo connector, I won’t get the Production connection reference in the Account and vice versa, if I use DocuSign main connector, I won’t get the Demo connection reference in the Account. Is there any possibility that can I use DocuSign Main connector with Demo Connection References. Below are the two images, one is DocuSign Demo(Preview) Connector and DocuSign main connector.Anyone please help here, Is there any possibilities? Thank youIbrahim SK

Hi Everyone- I am a fairly new docusign user. Wondering if it’s possible to lock only a portion of a page on a form fillable PDF after e-sig has been applied? The reason I ask- I have created a one page form fillable document that has a ‘top’ section a new vendor is required to fill out (that requires a signature) and a ‘bottom’ section that is for company use only (I’ve attached a screenshot example).For a form fillable PDF, once the the e-sig is applied, all fields are locked from further edit, understandably. In this case though, I would like to be able to continue to fill info into the ‘bottom’ part of the form which is separated by the “For Acme Inc Use Only” section, rather than print, then wet fill in, then re-scan as a pdf. Is it possible to only lock the fields above the black separator line? I am working on a project for application ownership acknowledgement.  I am sending one envelope with multiple documents to a single person we think is the application owner.  Each document is a separate application.  I have a template made and am using checkboxes that say I am the app owner or I am not the app owner and have a condition set on those fields so that if they say they are not the app owner it skips the signature in order to finish the envelope.  I am running into issues now when I am trying to only download the documents that have been signed.  It appears that once the envelope is finished every document in the envelope is being marked as signed or complete.  Is there any options to be able to identify which individual documents have been signed as opposed to the entire envelope?  Or is there a better way to make the template?  Ultimately my goal is let my users tell me if they are or aren’t the app owner for each application without having to send them in separate envelop

For the envelope type feature, is there an option to customize the list or to assign a specific envelope type to an existing template?

I believe Docusign has this option however, I cannot find the setting where I am able to see when a document is viewed but not signed?   Thank you

I recently had envelopes transferred to my account, but I am unable to download the entire Docusign packet or see all of the documents unless I am signing the document. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have an end user that has completed signing various documents, but they are still showing as need to sign. Not sure if this is a bug or can be solved with trouble shooting. 

We are testing sending envelopes using QES.   Recipient (signer) does not have a DS account.  He  successfully performed ID check and created a Wallet.  He also successfully signed envelope. Our question is, what are the steps to delete this Wallet?

Can I create a document for multiple people, where each person fills out/signs the same document but they don't see the information the other people add?

Hello,  I sent an envelope with a contract to 3 different people. I only was required to get it signed by 1 of the 3 individuals. The 1st person signed it. However, since the other 2 went without signing it the document is now showing as expired and void. Is there a way to retain the document with the 1 persons signature without it showing as void?

When my clients sign documents I’ve sent them, Docusign sometimes indicates they’ve signed at a different time or even on the following day, when they have not. For example, I received a completed document this evening at 9:42pm PST today (Oct 14, 2024) and it was date stamped tomorrow for the second signer! I’ve checked my settings, and the time zone I indicated is correct. This can cause critical issues if not remedied. How do I get this addressed?

How do you create a signing group?  I have an admin account but do not see the signing gruop option in my contacts setting.

Hi, I am trying to log in. When I try and log in, it auto fills my name. The problem is, the name it put in is NOT my name. It is my wifes name. She has never used docusign. When I enter my email and log in, its my wifes name that comes up. How do I change that. I have no idea whats going on with this and why it comes up with my wifes name. She has a separate email to me.
