I recently sent a document that has been viewed, but not signed by anyone. I had to make a correction and was able to replace the document. When I went to hit the final button saying “Correct”, a pop up said that I used all my envelopes (which I have). So, question is, am I able to correct/replace a document within an existing envelope (unsigned) without using or creating a new envelope?Thanks!

Good morning,I am creating a flow in Power Automate, in which signatures several documents in a single envelope, I have not been able to find a way to attach them all in a single envelope.-Usually they are envelopes of 10 to 15 documents.-The names of the documents always change.Initially I tried to use OneDrive, then SharePoint, but I can't get it to take all the documents in the same envelope.I really appreciate your support, thank you

Due to our Email security all external Emails are tagged letting the user know it’s an external Email.  I would like to know if anyone has had success in somehow identifying Docusign Emails destined to internal users as an “internal” Email.  I’m trying to remove the security banner so my internal users don’t think Emails from Docusign are spam/phishing Emails, as seen in the red box in this screenshot.Docusign support has been less than helpful.  

We have integrated DocuSign for a multi-signer workflow with 3 signers using our Node.js application. In most, cases, the signing process work as follows:Signer 1 → Signer 2 → Signer 3 (all signers complete the document one after the other)This is working fine for scenarios where all 3 signers are required.However, we have a specific use case where:1. After Signer 1 completes the signing, we need to  update the second signer’s information dynamically and Skip Signer2(in certain conditions).   Continue directly to Signer 3 to collect their signature2. In other cases, we want to proceed as usual, where all 3 signers complete the document in sequence.Questions:1. Is there a way to conditionally skip a signer(Signer 2) after the first signer has completed the signing process?2. Can we update the document or signer information dynamically(ex: update signer name, date of sign)3. What is the recommended approach for implementing such conditional workflows with DocuSign’s API’s? 

I have followed the guide to change the date format to YYYY.MM.DD - but it does not change on the stamp “signed date” field as allocated in the template. Why is that?

We are experiencing an issue whereby senders are receiving notifications that recipients have viewed an email, and it is including phantom entries into the envelope history of this action, when the action has not taken place. Is anyone else experiencing this?As it is documenting actions by a user which are not taking place we dont feel that the legality of the envelope history is valid (we have tested several times and when an envelope is received it is stating that the envelope has been viewed when the link has not been clicked on). Support have been no use at all, so hoping some others may have suggestions or at least acknowledge they may be experiencing the same. 

I can’t tell from the documentation whether extension apps have an sort of UI component in the platform or if it is purely a step in workflows

We have built dozens of PowerForms over the years and want to do a comprehensive inventory of the fields within the PowerForms. We are wanting to retrieve the field names, field types and if the fields are required for all PowerForms. Is this possible via API?

I have created a PowerForm to be used by our Human Resources department.  There are two people in the HR department who should receive notifications when a form has been completed.  I made one of them the sender.  For the other, I added them as a CC on the template (see Template Screen Shot attachment).  But, when I tested the form, I found that the name and email address i had added for the CC recipient are visible on the landing page of the PowerForm and can be edited by the 1st recipient (see PowerForm Signer View attachment).  I don’t want the signer to be able to change this or even see it.  Is there a better way to ensure that the HR rep gets a copy of the completed form?  Surely, this cannot be a unique issue - it seems to me to be a fairly basic need.

We are using the embedded signing, so the users do not have to leave our app which means we are using the APIs to facilitate this. We are trying to automate the process of onboarding/auto-provisioning users into DocuSign so they don’t have to go to the DocuSign site first.  We have Auto-Provisioning turned on and it works when a user logs into the portal. My question is, should the auto-provisioning work through the API’s where if we search for a user's email, it will automatically add them if they exist within our domain. Or do we need to have a process that checks if a user exists in DocuSign and add the user if they do not.

Hi all, I have a question that probably has been asked before 😬 but I haven't been able to figure out yet. We currently use AdobeSign for signing documents and that tool offers the use of so called tags in our documents. So in our documents (various layouts) we added tags that are automatically recognized by Adobe where to put the signature fields. This is an example: {{SigB_es_:signer1:signatureblock}}.We will move to DocuSign and need to amend all our documents, but I haven't been able to figure out how this works in DocuSign. Can someone guide me in the right direction how to set this up? I've read multiple articles on the Support pages but I haven't managed to get it working. Thanks in advance for the help.

DocuSign ID verification is used to sign a annual report.Now the government would like to have transaction id on every printed paper. Is it possible to create this for already signed document and if yes, how do I create this?This was automatically appeared before. Thanks for your support.

I am using CFR Part11 signature template and it looks too wide vertically, so i wanted to edit the name, reason and time smaller but it seems that only designed templates (and there are only two) are available. Is there any chance to edit manually?

I am using e-signature api  for allowing signing the document for different users, now if the users signs the document , all the mails of completion of signature , is coming to the email of account holder’s email.For example i have developer account with email  xyz@gmail.com, now I use its api key and other things in my app to accelerate the document signature process,on completion of envelope signature, i receive mail on  xyz@gmail.com , I want to redirect that mail.Is any solution available to achieve that?

I’m testing the API call to add an envelope to be purged.  I have a completed envelope ID from one of our Dev environment.  I’ve been able to successfully change the purgeState from “documents_and_metadata_and_redact_queued” to “documents_dequeued” using the API Explorer from developers.docusign.com  When I try the same API call from Postman, I’m getting the following error:     "errorCode": "DOCUMENT_PURGE_FAILED",    "message": "Error adding documents to the purge queue. Only the sender may remove the envelope documents"I can make other successful calls using Postman.  I’m the same user; that sent the envelope.Any idea what the issue is in Postman?

Hello everyone!  Is there a way that we can force recipients to have to check the box agreeing to the electronic disclosure every time they receive an envelope.  I am thinking it is the 3rd option below (first time viewing each time the recipient appears in the signing order) but when I read the description in the documentation the wording to me wasn’t clear if this will accomplish what we are wanting.

I’m wondering if anyone has successfully solved for the follow sequence via a signing order. This is for job offer letters.Recruiter set as viewer sends to recruiter  recruiter views  may ask for edits for sender (coordinator) Candidate set as signer should not send to candidate until coordinator makes any edits requested by recruiter.  would be ok to send automatically if no edits requested, but this is a nice to have.  Currently, our recruiting coordinators are doing this as a two step process. They send the doc to the recruiter set as a viewer. The recruiter replies all good or needs edits. Coordinator makes any requested edits then sends to the candidate set as the signer.  Thanks in advance for the help. 

Hi,I have a usecase where contracts are created using a salesforce workflow through a user and I am trying to purge those contracts via APIs. While purging documents I am getting an error that only the sender can add documents to purge queue.I am purging documents via APIs and docusign does not allow to add API user to act on behalf to docusign Users. Is there a workaround for this which would enable be to purge documents created by other users?

Is there any way to change the date format of a signed document? I have changed it on the backend after sending but the signature still has the old format on the document.

Hello—I created a template in DocuSign for one of our clients that they would like to use. Is there a way to directly share the template with them through DocuSign? When I try sharing through DocuSign, I can only share internally. I tried downloading the template and emailing it to the client, but they do not have an enterprise account so they cannot upload .json files.

Hello, We work with a document, some minutes of sorts, that can be of varying lengths, but the 2 signature pages at the end are always the same. is there some way to bind the signatures to these 2 last pages in a template? Currently with the Template we have built me need to manually move the signature fields to the appropriate pages each time.
