I am getting the following error when im trying to add new Docusign envelope template in salesforce 

  1. You are not authorized to access the envelope.

  2. Previously i was able to create new templates, In that when trying to add new Document as first step, it shows Undefined ID, Name is blank. Source object is blank. - How can i resolve this issue as this is urgent for me

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to use the Envelope Templates feature due to this error, but I will help you correct it.

 

First, try clearing your cache and browser’s data. If that doesn’t solve the issue, enable “Allow senders to override account defaults” in DocuSign>Settings>Reminders and Expiration.
