I would like to use a document that I have already used in a transaction again, but I am not able to because it will not allow me to download a new copy or make changes on the copy I previously downloaded and filled out.

Now what?

I’m sorry to hear that it is not allowing you to reuse a document, I understand this would be for a transaction.

 

To better assist you, can you confirm if this is for Rooms, Transactions or normal eSignature?
