i have 2 users who say their DS reads Japan as timezone. They went into DS to ensure the setting should be local to their U.S. timezone but even doing that it sitll reads or hangs onto Japan.

I’m sorry to hear that your users are not seeing the correct time zone, I understand it shows a Japan time zone.

 

To better understand your issue, can you provide more information? 

 

Can you provide a screenshot of where they are seeing the time zone and of where they are checking that the time zone in the account settings?
