For some reason when I download the csv template for bulk sending, 1 out of 5 ECF do not show up. Any ideas why? The others do no problem. I have tried deleting it and re-creating it already.

I’m sorry to hear that not all envelope custom fields are showing in the CSV, I understand this is not happening with all envelopes.

 

Can you confirm that the template has all 5 envelope custom fields? Can you provide a screenshot of these fields? What happens if you manually add them to the CSV (Role::Field)?
