Hi, I need to change/add an email address for a user/group. I need the email address when sending to appear with the group email and not the individual. Please advise 

When I created the envelope with 4 signatories (2 for my company and 2 for the counterpart) it seems that I put my signature for each position - how can i remove the signature for the three other positions ?Thanks a lot

Hi, when I create an envelope using the API, the recipients are not created in contacts and the emails are not sent, even when I try to resend... When I am trying to create an envelope through the UI and it works fine. How do I un-void a document?

Hi there community, I sent an envelope document which was a retreat intake form with health info etc. to multiple participants and placed text boxes over one and another when formatting on Docusign where they needed to fill in and sign. Now that they’ve returned it, all of their answers are on top or one another and the document is not legible. Is there a way to seperate their individual answers/documents without asking them to fill it in again?  thank youAmy

My document indicates "completed," and I have the certificate, but when I open it, the signature is missing. Is it possible for the person to submit it without signing? (Information removed due to Private information) How can I solve this situation? Thanks!

We receive access to DocuSign because we have a relationship with Schwab. However, I can’t seem to share my profile or templates with other users. Is this because we don’t get those features with this free version?

If I claim my company domain in my sandbox environment, will I still be able to claim the same domain later in my prod environment? I've received conflicting answers to this question. I am trying to display a field in a Repeat xml tag, but I keep getting a xpath exception error.I have a template that uses the credit note object in Salesforce, and I am trying to display the unit price field on the invoice line object. I go from credit note > credit note line > credit allocations > invoice line > unit price. How can I use the forms in Transactions (ZipForms) then send them via DocuSign for signing?  I currently have ZipForms as an agent and have already paid for DocuSign separately.  I then found out that it can be done through ZipForms, but I can’t figure out how to do it.  The only way I know how to at the moment is to do the forms in ZipForms, then download them individually, to then drag them into DocuSign.  Then I have to manually place signing boxes and it is super frustrating and time consuming.  Please help!  TIA

We are in the process of consolidating our DS accounts under DS Admin. We have one for the legal team and one for QA that is 21 CFR part 11 compliant.  I read that users who have a seat in multiple standard accounts can chose the account they want to work with after authentication succeeds, but does the fact that one account is 21CFR11 compliant prevent both choices from appearing? It would be difficult to test this by creating a test domain and the two different types of accounts so I’m hoping someone has this situation and can advise.

It looks like with a recent up date this week, a feature was removed/moved from the Action Required to do list. There used to be a bit of text near the progress bar that showed how many signatures were completed and how many more had to go. My company uses “no signing order” because it expedites the visibility of documentation as well as makes it easier on the router so they don’t have to specify who goes in which order.I am the last signer. When I have many documents in my queue, I usually prioritize those that are ready for me to view; aka 4/5 or 2/3 signatures complete. The progress bar is not a useful way for me to view my queue. Is there a way to turn on this moved/removed feature? 

Is there a way to let the powers that be that they might need to dial it back a bit on the level of questions that are being asked?  I get complaints nearly every week about the questions.  There are many clients who fail because the questions are so obscure.  Today I was told by a client that every time she goes to complete a form from us, it asks her questions about her husband’s ex-wife.  It makes her incredibly uncomfortable, and seems to be a bit inappropriate.  There is no resolution to this, but maybe just pass along the message.  Thanks!

Hi there,  I am reaching out for some insight on a new issue that I have not had historically and can't figure out how to remedy.  I am a real estate transaction coordinator with a paid account working with a few separate brokerages and have had no issue all day sending and receiving docusign packets with the exception of all of my agents at Coldwell Banker. Every DocuSign packet I sent today to any  @cbrealty.com bounces back with the error below: The destination email system provided this error message:smtp; 550 Administrative prohibition - envelope blocked - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [C3Z4YddDNfOloZgZZoN3Og.usb30]" Ive cleared my cache, rebooted my PC, tried sending from my phone as well as sending to parties individually with no luck. I have to mail 596 unique packages to 596 individuals. Is there any way to do this without entering the email addresses one by one?

A user is following this procedure to sign a document Sign Documents with Signer-held Digital Certificates (docusign.com) but during step 3 (uploading document) its fails. How can i troubleshoot this? 

Hello,My organization is locked out from signing 3rd party documents after our enterprise account contract expired. When logging in to sign an agreement, they are met with a SAML SSO login error or if they attempt to create an account under our domain they get a generic error message. (Screenshots below)We have already deleted the Docusign Enterprise SAML App on the Azure side and removing the TXT record from our DNS record. This was done when we originally claimed our domain for Docusign use.After reviewing documentation, we believe our account was never closed out correctly. We never withdrew the claim to our domain, unchecked Prevent unmanaged signups, or unchecked required SSO login with our Identity provider (Azure AD). Since our account is closed out we cannot login to change these settings retroactively. Now our domain is associated with a closed out account that cannot be logged into and docusign support has only provided generic answers about disabling SSO and contacting IT.A

I received a real estate document with a digital signature and the property owner says that he did not sign it.  How can I verify if someone else signed it using his name?

I created a powerform and am able to download the data from the forms. Currently I the only one that can pull this report. How do I share the powerforms so others can pull the report of data from the form?

Two months ago, I signed a lease agreement through this software and I am a tenant. But I didn't download a copy of the contract at the time, and now I want to open the previous file, but it shows that the link has expired. I was not a registered user when signing the document. How can I obtain a copy of this contract document. Because there is a dispute with the landlord, it is not convenient to request it from the landlord.

With the last DocuSign update, I’m no longer able to see where my document is in the signatory process when hovering over the blue line below.  In the past, you could hover the mouse over the blue line to see who was next in line to sign.  This feature is no longer working on my end, and I have to open each document to now see the status.  Is anyone else having the same issue?
