Hello. I am very new to Docusign. We are in the process of setting up Docusign with Salesforce. I have added the recipients by role. I’ve now at a point where my workflow creates a doc gen form, applies attributes and gets reviewed and sent out for signature with (currently) a seperate attachment ie waiver added at when it switches over to eSignature.  both the Doc Gen form and the waiver is signed.  This is being reviewed and signed and comes back into the correct customer folder once signed.  I would now like to be able to add a sub folder within my customer folder to seperate the doc gen forms and waivers to keep it looking tidier.  Or a sub folder for the two items I’ve just had signed.  I’ve looked at the questions and my workflow training but cannot see how I do this.  Could someone assist?  Thanks shelley

Salesforce sends a document with account record data (Account object in Salesforce) for the client to sign using DocuSign. If the document is not signed by the client within 7 days, an email is sent to the client with the message:"Documents for your DocuSign signature have been cancelled for the following reason:Envelope expired."Please tell me if I can and if so, how can I add a link to the triggered record (account record in Salesforce) under this message so that the answer looks like this."Documents for your DocuSign signature have been cancelled for the following reason:Envelope expired."Link: "link to account(triggered record) here"Thank you all for your answers!

Hi there, please help. I created an envelope - where the final recipient has 2 signatures saved on his profile. But the envelope I sent doesn’t allow for him to select the 2nd signature. Only the one. Why is that? So he has his personal signature, but also a signature that he uses when signing on behalf of his company. But the one for his company, he can’t use. Is there something I did wrong when setting up the envelope? Is there a setting in the back-end that allows users to sign with different signatures? Please help. Thanks,Imke

I have a document that can be signed by either of two people. How do I make sure that the evelope goes to the next step if only one of them signs? 

I am creating a template that has a few different things going on it and having multiple problems. I am using the bulk send feature and uploading a CSV file and it is requiring some information that I can’t figure out how to change.  I have not done this in a year and didn’t have to do this last year.I have radio boxes that are for voting.  it has a group name and conditional field. It is requiring me to include that group name as part of my CSV file.  I have it set up exactly as last year and it didn’t require it last year. The conditional fields are for checkboxes to be checked if one of radio boxes is checked. It wants me to provided information for the checkboxes in the CSV file also. I have a text block that just needs to have a word in it that does not change.  I could put this in the CSV file if necessary but I didn’t have to last year. I have 2 text blocks for the signer to fill out if it applies to them.  There is no conditional field for this.  It is up to the signer.  Again,

I bought an annual membership in January and I just had to buy another annual membership to be able to use Docusign.  Anyone know how I can reach billing?  I can’t seem to find a way to talk with a human.  Thanks!  Karlynn

I have an envelope that is missing a signature because one of the signers refuses to sign it.  How can I complete the envelope without the signature?  I don’t want to remove the blank signature line as it is part of the document record.  Thanks, in advance, for the advice!

I have the routing and signatures all correct, however I need to edit the file name only of the document. Is that possible, if 2 of the 6 signatures are completed? I don’t want to start all over. Thank you!

I keep getting a bar at the top of the screen informing me that ‘Your credit card expired on 12/2023. Update your billing information.’ My card is up to date. I’ve tried removing and readding my card details, clearing my cookies, using a different device, banging my head against my desk. Nothing seems to work and its driving me nuts. Any suggestions please? 

Whn signing on a mobile phone is it possible as an Admin to disable the opportunity to select “Mobile version” for the receipants? 

I wanted to provide some feedback about the latest update to DocuSign.It has made the application less intuitive and more difficult to work with.  Prior to the update, there was a tab for managing your documents that took you directly to your folders.  Now with the new update, you’re have to click on an “Agreements” tab (an unituitive name) and then you see only the four main folders:  Inbox, Sent, Completed, and Action Required.  Your Folders are nowhere in sight.  You must now click on Show More and then hidden at the bottom of the screen, after you scroll down, are your Folders, which you must click on one more time to expose them.  This is completely unituitive and makes locating your documents difficult to do and much more cumbersome with many extra unnecessary steps.Couldn’t we just have a Manage Documents tab that would list all the folders that we have in our account, similar to Windows File Manager rather than the convoluted mess that we have now?Thanks, I feel better now havi

I have sent some documents to two clients of mine, who appear to be having issues with them both being able to sign the docs. They tell me that when one party successfully signs, the option for the second party to do so then disappears & she is therefore unable to sign. Is there a client guide anywhere with graphics to show how they can resolve this?

Is there a way to view the note after the person has signed the document?

Hello, we have already received an email with .pdf contract signed by one party, the Supplier, through a qualified DocuSign electronic signature. Is it ok to create our new envelope with it and have two supplier electronic signatures on the document? Note: we only need an advanced electronic signature. Thanks

How do I get a copy of my receipt for payment submitted? I can only download the invoice and nothing came via email. It’s been a week since the charge. (And yes, we checked spam).

How do I keep the original set up and font when loading a document?

I’m building a simple workflow - using a doc gen form and I want to be able to add an attachment to it.  I’ve added the attachment field to the form as per below.  I’ve used the drop down ‘attachment’ field and allowed the attachment to be uploaded form computers. When testing the work flow the form it allows me to add the document required without error - however when it comes through to review and send for signature the name of the document is there only - no actual attachment.  I require a signature on this document. I’m having trouble finding where I’m missing a step.  Can anyone help?   Shelley

We’re looking to build an integration with DocuSign where the documents designed using our product needs to be signed by our customer’s users in an embedded way at the right time in their journey in our product. I’d like to understand how the pricing works for General Connector Implementation Plan vs ISV License OEM Implementation Plan. In General Connector Implementation Plan, what type of license (E-sign plan or Developer API plan) should be purchased by our company and what should be purchased by our customers?Similarly in ISV License OEM Implementation Plan, what type of license (E-sign plan or Developer API plan) should be purchased by our company? In this plan, can we monitor envelope usage of each of our customers seperately to be able to bill them as per their usage?  

HiWe’ve configured our global reminder settings to below: On an envelope that was created, we see the following: To test the reminders, we didn’t respond to the initial request for signature. We only got one reminder after three days, and no other reminders. As per the settings, it should send us a reminder every day. Also, the settings on the envelope should be changeable.All reminder settings have been like this for about a month now.Does anyone have an idea what we can do here?Kind regards,Bart

We have a requirement to get consent from the customer, by clicking "I agree" checkbox in the agreement. We are considering clickwrap feature for this. However, we need to capture the customer signature also in the same agreement. Is it possible to combine clickwraps and eSignature. Or is there any alternative workarounds?
