Hi, newbie on DocuSign here… just my 2nd day on plataform! We have a complaince training today 2pm (+30min from now). After training all people needs to sign a document do say they were present and listen to training (please do not ask why… here is Brasil!). How we already did it:We generate a new doc in Word, with all legal terms and send it to 20 people!  Very hard work! What we need / I wish we could to do:Generate the .DOC withe legal terms and ONE space for signature and date/time and attach a CSV file for recipients (name, e-mail). They receive the e-mail, open it, sign their names and it´s done.Later we go to plataform to download ONE document with all 20 signatures to add to complaince process! We’ve used to do it using a manual process to put each people name and indicating the exact space for his signature . So if there are 18 people, we need to put 18 signature fields, one for each person on template!It’s SLOW and boring to do it. There are any ways to create a single docume

I am the Admin on our company’s DocuSign account and I am the only one that creates templates. I have shared certain templates with specific department staff. However, no matter what specific templates I have shared with them, they are able to see ALL templates I have uploaded. Is there a way to limit their view to ONLY the templates that have been shared with them?

Hello. We are hitting the /accounts endpoint to try get a few details about our subscription from the API, and but are receiving unexpected results.We are making a GET call to the /v2.1/accounts/{accountId} endpoint in order to report on billingPeriodEnvelopesAllowed. We are receiving a non-numeric value back, when we are were expecting to get the number of envelopes that are allocated to that account.  We subsequently attempted to make a GET call to the /v2.1/accounts/{accountId}/billing_charges endpoint to verify what was in the includedQuantity  and allowedQuantity values, which also didn’t return the expected result. My questions are:Is there a better definition for what should be returned in those values? Is there a known way to get the number of envelopes allocated to a given Docusign account via the API?

Hello,We have followed all the instructions on your Go-Live docs, but continue to receive a review declined. There is no reasoning available on the dashboard.We have lodged multiple support tickets and have been told they cannot assist us.How can we find the reason for the failed review? Other posts on the community have pointed to asking support with an integration ID, but support are adamant they cannot assist. Our API efficiency score is above 85 and our application polls every 90 minutes (well above the 15 minutes).Docusign - where can we find the failed reason? Can you please improve your developer experience? Thanks

 I have a document  that needs to be signed to either  confirm acceptance of terms or  signed to confirm their refusal of terms. I have added the sign  action arrow to both the acceptance and the decline option. If both options are tagged with the Sign action will DocuSign allow for the person to only sign one option? I am concerned that DocuSign will want both spaces to be signed and will give an error message if one isn't. Please advise what you think is best. Hi I am new to using Docusign and have created a template which contains a date field but when I preview it appears in the American format and not the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY. I have changed the Regional settings to UK and the time zone but it is still appearing as MM/DD/YYYY. Is there somewhere I can change this permanently please.

Hi, I was wondering if there is a limit on how many submissions a Web form can have. Context: I am planning to send an embedded link of a web form, in a bulk communication using another tool.But I am wondering if the form can handle more than 13000 (13 k) submissions without crashing.

Hello!  For some Senders, the signed and downloaded PDF document is unlocked.  The blue Signature Panel ribbon indicating whether all signatures are valid is missing. These users are able to manipulate the document, reorganize the pages and save, not “Save as” the changes using Adobe Acrobat Pro.  This should not happen.  Any ideas?  Is there some DocuSign setting that is turned off for them or should be turned on for all Senders?

In 2017 my real estate broker had a prospective tenant sign a lease using DocuSign.  Once signed the lease was sent to me for my DocuSign signature.  After I signed the lease (now fully executed) I downloaded the lease from DocuSign. I now need to refer to this lease and when I open it in Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat reports “At lease one signature has problems.”  Here is all the information presented to me on Acrobat’s Signature Panel:  This is a very confusing message.  It does not appear to identify which signature it’s not happy with.  What does this mean?  What happens if a party rejects the document because they think there’s an issue with a signature (as Adobe Acrobat will inform them of this)?

hii have a document pdf uploaded thru microsoft forms then gets saved on sharepoint and then goes to docusign. i am stuck at tabs, i want to allow the singature to be placed choice of signator. i choose signature for tab type what else i need? flow is stuck here.

We use Purview and have word docs protected by information protection that encrypts the docs at time of sending/creation.When a user uploads doc for e-signature it fails.What is best process to enable the user to sign these docs?

Is there a way to add a custom email message to recipients with “Receives a copy”? Idealy, when the recipient receives the email “Completed” there will be a custom email message and not only “All parties have completed this document”.If that is not possible, what options are there to get a custom message to the recipient once the document has been completed? I tried, “Private Message” but when testing it, I wasn’t able to see these message as “Receives a copy”. Wether in the email nor in the document itself.many thanks, Lea

Hi, A question from a complete newbie, both in DocuSign, both as signed electronically documents. Once I signed a document, is the signed document “stay signed on its own”? What I mean is … do I need to keep paying DocuSign to have a copy of the signed document? Or, if I keep a copy of that signed document in a folder in my computer or my email as attachment, the document is still signed? Related to this, I will need to sign 5 documents a year. I can imagine that whenever I need to sign a document, I will have to pay DocuSign for that month, right? I dont need to pay the months before or after. Thanks, Juan 

One of our users says that the edit page is missing from his login, he states that instead of the screen going to add recipient it goes directly to the templates and does not give him the option to add recipient details. When I log in I can start an envelope and proceed from there, all of a sudden he can’t but was able to yesterday. Any ideas?

Hi, I've had a Free account for over a year (not the 30-day free trial, just the free account).I have no need to send envelopes, but only to sign.Since yesterday I get this message when I try to sign any document: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceededSo far I’ve never experienced any problem/limitation. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the documents I upload, sign and download.I don't understand what the envelope limit refers to and what the actual limit is.As far as I understood from this article (https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/FAQ-Docusign-Envelope-Allowance?language=en_US), the envelopes I sign myself should not be counted.Thank you in advance for your support

Hello All,I am trying to save the value of an attribute to a CLM workflow variable.I followed these posts:How do I update a Variable when a document attribute is updated by a user (during a workflow)? | CommunityHow do you update a variable value with the current value of an attribute? | CommunityBut, when I look at the XML of the Find Document Step, it does NOT show the attribute I created under the Attribute page in the Admin center.During the workflow, my team will set the value of this new attribute and I need it later in the workflow saved in a variable.Am I missing something?

Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign.When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign.The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald  

Hi,This might be trivial but never the less. When we send documents for signing its quite common that the authorised signatory want a legal to paginate/verify the content first, how is that done in the best way? Order is not an issue, its the action, view or need to sign.

I cancelled my account in late December, 2024 or early January 2025, however, I was charged $124.73 on January 27th, 2025. I’m not sure why I was charged this amount, as the plan I was on cost less than this. When I go online to request a refund, the chat bot just won’t help me. I get sent to an article telling me how to request a refund:https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Docusign-Refunds?However, NONE of the instructions on this page lead to anywhere that I am actually able to submit a request for a refund. I checked ALL of them, and NONE of them allow me to request a refund. One solution on the page tells me to login to the Support Center and submit a case, but when I do that, it says I need to UPGRADE my account in order to request a refund. Why do I need to PAY money to request a refund? RidiculousThen there’s also this video which is supposed to walk me through the process, but I’ve already cancelled and was wrongfully charged, so the process in this video doesn’t apply to me
