I am getting the following error message after making a correction to an email address for a person who should be receiving a document for initials and signatures.  What does this mean? “The API request is forbidden. Request blocked due to excess usage”

Hello! We're using DocGen for Salesforce for our documents, and everything is working as needed except for having custom input fields be pulled into the doc before sending.We have Signature Placeholder fields for s1, n1, d1, etc, and those all work great when sending the document (which is connected to an envelope). We also have Custom Fields with anchor text set-up the same way, but when we go to send the document, it automatically adds the Signature, Name, Date, etc fields for signer input, but the custom text fields are not added until I drag them into the 'Prepare & Send' pane. Once I drag them in, the Autoplace that is set-up does put them where it should be putting them, but I cannot figure out what is missing to cut out this step of dragging the custom field in. I don't want the eventual senders to need to remember to do this for all the custom input fields every time.Thanks!

Hello Everyone, I have a webform that I created from a template, and its working pretty well. The problem is that when a user is done prefilling the information at the end of the process when they are viewing the form the button on the side says “start” and takes the person through every required field even though the information is already filled in there. Is there a way to either change that to “review” or maybe just have it set to finish if all of the required information is already in there? 

HiI have received a document to sign and tried to sign on the provided field and signed but unfortunately the signature not displayed and  stored and only displayed / and see attached screenshot Please provide me how to solve the issue?Thanks

Hi,I’ve deleted my old signature from Preferences > Signatures, and created a new one. However, when signing documents, the old signature still appears and the new one isn’t selectable.I’ve tried logging out, clearing browser storage, using Incognito mode, and switching devices—but the issue persists.Could you please help me remove the cached signature and enable the new one for use?

We would like the ability to add more columns to our reports at our leisure.  Management needs the reports dates on the Account Identity Authentcation Report, but the dates are not an option.

Anybody can help me?We purchased the service on March 28, 2025 but our account still has not been assigned the subscribed plan. we are unable to send envelopes.Current Issue: Logged-in account shows “No envolopes remaining” when sending envelopes.We just used 3 envolopes for 100 envolopes/month !

Hi DocuSign Community,I’m exploring a specific use case and would love your insights. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: I need to send a form to a customer with a text field they can fill in. Once the customer fills in the field, it should lock automatically so they can’t edit it further. Additionally, I (as the sender) should not be able to view the data they entered after it’s submitted. Is there a way to configure this in DocuSign, perhaps using hidden fields, encryption, or other features? If not directly possible, are there any creative workarounds or integrations that could help achieve this?Thanks in advance for your help! I am trying to access a document I signed May  3 this year 2024.  I have the original email inviting me to sign. I click this link and get the expired link page.  I have made multiple requests for a new link, but nothing arrives. I have checked spam.   I didn’t have an account at the time of signing but have created one in case I could access the document that way but there is nothing available.  I also tried the access document link on the docusign.com homepage with the security code in the email but end up in the same expired link no new link provided by the request loop.Been at least three hours since first requesting a new link.Is this normal?AK

I need a separate account; I have no relationship with the other user. I need a new account.

Hi - How do you add your manager’s electronic signature to a DocuSign document - if they are sent a Docusign document from an external entity?  I have received a few of these but havent been able to add their signature for them, is there a way to do this?  I havent used DocuSign before - just using the 30 day free trial to try and work this out! I am working with conditional routing: I have a selection that if checked, adds a recipient to the standard workflow (set up as a conditional routing group). If the box is not checked, it does not have an alternate- it should just continue the standard workflow to the next recipient.Is there a solution for this?

Hi.  Sent out a document for multiple signatures and realized I didn’t send it to one of the signees.I have received most of the signatures; How can I send it out to that one person now?

I recently started using the DocuSign CLM tool and created a document generation form, linking it to a workflow through Configurations. While setting up the workflow, I successfully connected the configuration, and the fields created in the form were populated as XML variables. However, when I added new fields to the form, they were not automatically reflected in the workflow. Is there a way to ensure that new fields added to the form are automatically updated in the workflow?

Dear All, I have tried to create a DocuSign account. However, for doing so a contact phone number was requested. The system did not accept the general phone number of our office. It seems that a mobile number is needed to which the system will send the verification code. I wanted to ask if there is an option to create an account without a mobile phone number. Thank you! In my account, multiple users are sending & receiving envelopes for signature.  I would like to capture all these signed/completed envelopes in a local Docusign SharePoint folder through automation or manual extraction.  What are the options to accomplish, short of Workflow Builder (formerly Maestro) & an API? I am reaching out regarding a recurring issue with the facial recognition process in the DocuSign app. The individual (my mother) attempting to sign is a very elderly user who is unable to complete facial recognition despite multiple attempts under proper conditions (adequate lighting, camera functioning, in-person assistance) and my assistant.I kindly request the following support:1. An alternative authentication method or more time to do the face movement .2. Recommendations or features adapted for elderly users or those with physical limitations.3. Seriously, I’ve never use a service where it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any support.I’ve paid for your Business plan which I was told will give me access to the Branding option but after I’ve upgraded that, the Branding option is still locked! I’ve tried to open a case but I get thisI’m already subcribe to your eSignature Business Pro and yet I cannot get any support nor can I get the Branding option available for me.  Can someone please help as I urgently need to access that branding to send a document over. 

How can I reinstate a user who was accidentally removed?

I am a DS Admin in my company’s Docusign account. I need to send some documents requiring drawn signatures rather than the preformatted type. I have read several help articles about how to do this, but my settings options do not seem to match up with the advice in the articles. Can someone walk me through how to do this? Thanks!

It seems it is impossible now to enable any ID verification option on a developer DocuSign account because according to this article:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=ced1643229641057&topicId=wri1618324913918.html&_LANG=enus -→ This Option should be available but also according to this article this is a premium feature which only payable clients have access to.And also only clients with subscriptions have access to ask support questions.In these conditions how does one proceed with enabling ID verification/ IDnow on a developer's account?I would like to know how testing can be done in these conditions where there's a loop of blocks for testing this feature.
