I was auto renewed and charged for my account yesterday that I was not intended to, and I haven’t used Docusign for a while. I canceled my account immediately, but Docusign won’t stop my plan till a year later and said I was not eligible for a refund. I was trying to contact the support center to open a case to get refund but found that I was not able to log into the support center. It was extremely difficult and frustrating to follow the online instructions and messages, and it took me hours searching on solutions and I still couldn’t log in to the support center. Can anyone help me from there?

My step father passed last year and I am trying to help my mother access a contract on this site to avoid having a lien placed on her home. ok, this is my case. I’m using a template with a text fields that pre filled them using docusing sdk for C#. When i create the signerUrl using CreateRecipientView method, all is ok; but when I use CreateSenderView and the status is “sent” those text fields are empty. So, basically I want to those text fields (like, name, office, phone number) even when the status is sent or completed. Even I get the PDF document using “GetDocument” and it does not shows the text fields. Should I use another field different than a text field?The main idea is to somebody else (different than the signer) to review the document (signed or not)

I just failed a verification and one of the questions was “who have you been associated with?” and a bunch of names to choose from.Am I supposed to remember everyone’s name in my life?Where can I see and correct the data used for this?I had a mail fraud case years ago, so I have no idea how extensive that problem might be.This is irritating, and then just reading a few posts here, it’s actually infuriating. I get why people hate technology - it’s run by corporations that have no clue what they’re doing, and we’re all just handing our data to them without consent. It’s so frustrating.

Hello, I am trying to send over a document for two people to read and sign. They cant read what i have filled out in the document blanks with the “text”tool. they just receive my blank template with nothing filled in. How do i fix this?

I am having trouble changing the default name that is prompted when filling out documents. I have changed the name of the account, but it does not solve the issue. I am trying to change the name of the user in the Admin tab but I am given “An error occurred while getting user detail.”. How can I fix this?

We are configuring a Docusign Demo\UAT CLM Account to be integrated with a Salesforce Sandbox Organization.The issue we are having is that after we have successfully gone through the 2 steps of logging into Salesforce using our Salesforce integration user & also logging into Docusign using our Docusign integration user. When we go to map a Salesforce object via the DAL. The process just spins & it never completes. We have tried this several times but each time we got the results, no completion, process just spins & then times out.Here are the steps we have gone through:Successfully installed as a Salesforce Admin Version 7.2 of the Docusign Apps Launcher Successfully connected our Salesforce Integration User via the DAL Successfully connected our Docusign Integration User via the DAL Tried to map a custom Salesforce Object via the DA

Years back when I started with DocuSign it took a bit of time to set up the profile/branding, etc. for my e-signature documents. I unfortunately had no use for DocuSign last year so plan to cancel my subscription for now. My question is - Will my profile remain in the system so when I go back to DocuSign down the road and pay again I don’t have to start from scratch? Or will I need to create a new user account in the future and do the whole set up again?

I recently logged into my Docusign account on my iPhone. I then received an email with a verification code. Which I entered and logged in like normal. Then later I was sorting through some spam emails and I noticed I had emails from Docusign in my focused and other tabs. So I decided to go back and check the actual email address which was. dse@camail.docusign.net  Which is somewhat suspicious looking. So I checked Grok and did a google search but can’t find anything that verifies it being a legitimate email used by Docusign. Can anyone verify if this is a legitimate email or not? If it is a phishing email that provided me with a verification code which actually logged me into my account does that mean my accounts compromised? 

Want to confirm my understanding of envelopes - I see that once something is signed it’s counted as an envelope, but want to confirm, once sent, it’s all still counted, whether:voided declined expired not completedMany thanks!

Hi Team,I have got a developer account with unlimited envelopes, but I am getting error :: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDEDThe portal shows this which suggests that we have only used 100 envelopes out of Unlimited. :: The limit did not reset in the hour interval. we waited to about 3 hours and made the call again, got same error.Any help, or pointers to help us fix this issue is greatly appreciated.

I received an email from an unknown sender. Outlook marked the email as unable to verify sender so may not be safe to open. I do not want to open the unknown Docusign document. How can I verify it is safe to open ?Sincerely,BobA57 

I think I know the answer, but I want to confirm to make sure we’re optimizing our envelope usage.  If I have multiple documents for a signatory, can I send them in multiple/separate emails and still count it as an envelope? Can I add a document to an envelope once it’s sent? For instance, I have a new hire, I’ve sent an envelope, but I realized I forgot to include something in the original envelope...

Hi, I am looking to reclaim and close old accounts associated with the claimed domain of our organization account. However, they are all paid accounts and cannot be closed. How can I claim these accounts when the original owners are no longer part of the organization and their emails don't exist anymore? Thank you.

Hi all,We have configured a DocuSign Enterprise App in Entra. SSO is already working but now I have tried to configure the provisioning and here I am facing a problem. The problem is the switch expression that is needed to assign the correct permission profile to the DocuSign users.In the first step we configured for 2 of the groups a role in the App registration. Then we assigned this role to the groups Now its the step where we have a problem. If we open the expression build and copy the expression from the official guide we always get a NULL as output. The user that we are using for the test is assigned to Entra group Advanced so there should be a result shown. The role Advanced is enabled and the value is set to “Advanced” and this is what we are using in the expression.Switch(SingleAppRoleAssignment([appRoleAssignments]), "XXXXXX", "Advanced", "YYYYYY")  We also set the scope for provisioning to “Sync only assigned users and groups.Does anyone have an idea what the problem is and

Hello,I’ve made my template mobile friendly but it’s not allowing my staff to sign on their device as they get a pop up saying “Signing Mobile Not Allowed” and “Signing this envelop on a mobile device is not allowed, please use a computer”. This is our first day with it so I apologize for our ignorance.

I would like to display the following.I have a value that occurs e.g. 5 times in the form. (Example credit card number). I lead the user to the first credit card number field using the mandatory field and he fills it in.The other 4 fields should be filled automatically with the value of the first entry. Is that possible?Many thanks in advance.

Hello everyoneWe use Docusign in our software to send requests through e-mail and I would like to test sending using SMS and WhatsApp as well so we can implement that in our production envirment.I’m using a developer account and our software connects to Docusing using the external applications only , like the imagge belowIs there any way to use the SMS or Whatsapp delivery method using this kind of integration?Even in our production enviroment it’s not possible to check that boxes: Every time we try to send using the SMS or WhatsApp method, we get a 'This account lacks sufficient permissions. Account lacks permission to send Envelopes over SMS' error. What do we need to do to resolve this issue? If one of our clients has this permission, will we be able to send an envelope using their credentials via SMS or WhatsApp?

I received an e-mail from a person I do not know. It was in reference to a Paypal account payment for bitcoin that included a DocuSign notice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep for fraud detection. I am unable to find any phone numbers available. This is terrible, or actually non-existent, customer service. Please send me a phone number so I can find out how bad a situation this may be.
