How do I "Access Documents" ... I cannot get to this point to put the long code in  

Something went wrong. The response signature failed cryptographic validation.We have downloaded the metadata xml from the url in our organization.I was able to extract the authN verification and encryption (the same docusign cert) and set them correctly in our sso idp provider connection.The signer cert has been uploaded to the docusign organization configuration/certificates; and set correctly on the idp.How do we get to the docusign logs for our organization to see what is the issue? Instead of guessing with attributes, formats, certificates, urls/uri’s. Thanks for looking.

We had an implementation partner set up our workflow and they set the folder creation to create in a general ‘Parties’ folder.  I now want to have the workflow save the contracts to the specific department.  I have created the department folders within the system, have created a .csv with the department (along with their approver and legal’s email in other columns) and have pointed the doc generation form to that .csv where the user can pick the department.  The global config file has /Parties/ in the path to create the folder.  I have tried several variations in that field for {Department}, (/{Department}, /{Department}/) but it keeps erroring at the folder creation step with this error: Action failed with exception, returned: No folder found for path: 2|<%#MFC_x_GlobalConfigs.FolderPath%>. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I need to send a contract with the same information to 13 people to sign. The difference is with their names and rates of payment. Are those considered 13 different envelopes?

Hi DocuSign team,Hope you can guide on this concern, an envelope was sent for 4 recipients to complete, later it was voided (two days later) three of them completed before it was voided, the customer who did not sign the envelope still receives reminders to complete it but how if it was voided? Could you please advise? Hello community,I use templates in order to build quality construction files. Inside I include several documents which are also templates. One of these templates is a quality plan. I have to add as many quality plans as the number of different parts that are machined. That means that I need that each template to be independant from the others. I don’t want that the fields are autopopulated even if they have the same data label (which I cannot avoid as it’s the same template that is included several times in the enveloppe) Is there a way to do so ? 

I’ve been experiencing some issues during the onboarding process, so I previously reached out to onboardingreadiness@docusign.com for assistance. When I try to click "Request 1:1 Guidance", I get an "Unable to log in" message. As we are currently using a Success Pack, I was hoping to receive more timely support. 

when we try to correct unsigned docusign envelopes, the following message comes up:A Tab LocalePolicy is invalid.  A formula tab LocalePolicy does not match a numerical tab LocalePolicy from its formula. I read on your other message boards that this could be due product issue NDSESEND-6565. This error is caused by a problem with the new Number standard field.Our solution right now is to void envelopes and resend them, so we are wasting valuable envelopes and losing money due to wsated envelopes.There is no issue with our formulas and this error only occurs when we resend. Please assist in resolving this as soon as possible. we have 5 envelopes that need to be corrected pending this solution. Kind regards.

Hi Community, I am a beginner when it comes to docusign. I have a client who has 100 of pdf contracts with form fields stored as templates in docusign. Client would like to integrate into their portal. When they click on a product, it would read a template and fill information like Product Name and customer info into the pdf and send off to the client for signing.I looked through the apis available and wonder what the best approach is. I am currently looking into Anchor Tags and eSignature API.  Any ideas and suggestions would be great. Thanks,Mike

Hello. I have a question about the progress of electronic signature. In the process of 'Creating Envelope', I am adding an icon called 'Date Signed' to the document. Is this date a fixed value set by DocuSign headquarters in California? Is there any way to match that date with my computer's setting time?

when using this integration with google drive, I select the PDF.  add the recipient (I should never be one). click next and then next and next and next.. I am up to 30 and still no window to fill out the fields to send to signer. Why?  

How to locate the original Envelope that was sent to me with the envelope I.D? 

This error message appeared after the signer tried to sign using Singpass on the 3 separate documents in one envelope. “This envelope contains more than one document to sign. You can only sign one document at a time with . To finish signing, as the sender to combine all documents into one and resend the envelope."  Please advise solution. 

I’m sending envelopes through Power Automate using the Microsoft DocuSign Connector. The connection uses a dedicated technical user, which has full Account Administrator permissions in DocuSign. I’m logged in to DocuSign with this exact account and trying to view sent/storned/completed envelopes via the Reports section — both in My Reports and the Administrator Dashboard.However, no envelopes are showing up, even though I can confirm they’re being successfully sent and exist in the system. Filters are cleared, correct environment is used (production, not demo), and the connection setup works correctly. Has anyone seen this before?Could this be due to specific report visibility settings, connector behavior, or known limitations of the Microsoft Power Automate integration? Any advice or direction is appreciated — thanks!

Hello, I send the document to the wrong signer so I decided to change the mail adress. It worked, it is written :Correction but when I want to save this appear : The API request is forbidden. Request blocked due to excess usage I don’t understand why. 

I have a situation involving three documents and three signers. These documents pertain to customizing their apartment, including options for colors and other interior design aspects. The first signer selects one document out of the three to sign. The second and third signers are co-owners and are required to sign the document selected by the first signer. Initially, we attempted to use checkboxes as conditional fields to control the signing field for the first signer. However, we encountered a warning from the system indicating that conditional logic rules may only involve one signer, preventing us from enabling the same document signing fields for the subsequent recipients. Can anyone suggest a workaround?

Our admin has given me all permissions necessary to send bulk envelopes. I see “Bulk Send” in my left hand menu of the home screen but when I go to use the template I’m trying to send to our whole company, I do not get the option to upload bulk users. Any ideas on what the issue is?

actually I have already submitted a membership cancellation on February 11 2025 (I have received an email from DocuSign regarding the cancellation), but after the expiration date Feb. 28, 2025, DocuSign still charged $120 from my credit card. Ironically, my account is still a free account, I do not even have the authorization to create a case regarding this issue. There is also no customer support call to address this issue. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!Here are some screenshot.  \ 

Just like the title. Trying to browse to the file I want to upload but the Scrollbar has vanished. I cleared cache, tried incognito mode, a different browser, reset chrome and checked the /flags/#overlay-scrollbar to disabled and nothing changed. I previously had access to my real estate templates and no longer do.  When I attempt t add them under preferences by providing my name, company name, NRDS number and association I am told to “try back later”.  I’ve cleared my cache and used an incognito browser.  I’ve also submitted a case and requested a call back.  Please advise.

Is there a way to reduce the Part 11 signature to be just the signature without the date and time for other types of signatures needed, eg Board Consent, etc.?  Thank you!

I’m trying to receive webhook notifications from DocuSign on my endpoint but the request fails with the error:"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."My server supports TLS 1.3 minimum. DocuSign webhook requests fail when attempting to connect.Does DocuSign support TLS 1.3 for webhooks? If not, is there a workaround or fix to make this work?

How can I include the list of certificates in the DocuSign?I have already include the "Adicionar Docusign PKI" in the google Chrome, but I can not find the list of certicate in the DocuSign.Please, see the Attached file.
