When I am creating a WebForm packet for our incoming patients, we have to have a witness signature from our staff. We do mental health services for several schools in our area, and each school has a Team Lead that manages those witness signatures (ie, they are the ones that will sign the forms). I understand that I have to pre-setup a packet for each Team Lead so that the WebForm link comes to them for that signature, however what can I do if that Lead is out and unable to sign that packet? (Maybe they are out sick, go on vacation, out on leave, etc). Is there a way to divert that packet so that the incoming family doesn’t have to refill out paperwork they’ve already started?  

We have an Azure Logic App process that uses information from a SharePoint list to create a Powerform link with parameters. Occasionally the links fail with the message “System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be processed at this time.” We have one use case in which the link seems to always fail. Staff have entered information three times and in all three the Powerform link with parameters is failing. The process is working for other list items. Anyone know of a way to troubleshoot this?

What is the configuration method for installing the browser extension (Edge) and the PKI App into non-persistent VDI where users are not admins? We have white listed and allowed the browser extension to be installed. Where can the docusignpki.exe be downloaded from and installed. Where can an admin obtain the downloaded without being sent a document to sign? Then hos is the app installed for all users? I found this cmd in a forum post, is it correct?DocuSignPKI.exe -all=true

asking on behalf of a relative. He works for party A. Another employee at party A signed a contract with party B they were not empowered to sign, and are now denying signing the contract at all. without a copy of the contract, where to start investigating this disputed signature? party B has a docusign license, but not party A.

I have a document that we send out to customers and ask them to enter a code that has to be at least 6 digits long. Is there are way to ensure the signer enters at least 6 numbers? 

Hi thereI am having trouble solving a signing workflow challenge.  Looking for ideas on how to get around it.I have an enrollment agreement for a course templated in Docusign.  It’s an online course so people who are interested answer some application questions and then fill in and sign the enrollment agreement.  Once they do that, our admissions team gets the application and the learner signed agreement.  If all looks good, ideally our team could counter sign the agreement and then everyone would automatically receive a copy.Our challenge is that sign the learner signs first and since it is all online, we don’t know who they are.  We don’t want to add the friction of having to go through email verification - we just want them to filling the form, sign via docusign and then we countersign and everyone gets a copy.We are struggling with how to do this without the email verification step.Any thoughts welcome! 

If I want to draw a line thru certain wording on a document before sending to esign, I heard it was thru “pre-fill tools”, but I can’t find that any where on my account/screen view. Thank you.

I have a SaaS product which already uses Stripe, I want to offer users the option to pay by invoice, so I added DocuSign to Stripe and I’ve created a template, but I can’t work out how to set up the workflow where a user clicks on a “pay by invoice” button is given the DocuSign order form. Ideally, I’d like to use a web form, but there’s no obvious pathway for managing these features and the documentation seems to be all about hitting the SEO algorithms rather than helping users. Do I have to use the DocuSign API for this process?

We have a standard DS button on cases for HIPAA verification and Related list to case which is Lookup to case from case contact (custom object). The issue is when configuring Recipient under relates list feature of DS I’m not able to limit the choice for sender to choose from case contact (a related list/lookup to case) Instead I’m getting all the org email ids to choose from which I don't want. I want users to send/choose from document to only related case contact object. 

Hi. I’m designing a form in Microsoft Word 365 using Content Controls. No Legacy Tools / ActiveX form fields are being used, just Content Controls. (It’s possible to mix them, but not a great idea.)The DOCX will go to customers - who may or may not use DocuSign - for their input and signature, and countersigned by our Legal department with DocuSign.What’s the best way to create this form so it can be signed using:Either DocuSign or an uploaded image* by the customer, and DocuSign by our Legal department?*For the uploaded image option, I’m using Word’s Picture Content Control.What Content Control type have you used to hold the DocuSign signature? Rich Text? Picture? Something else?We need flexibility in the customer case and have known behaviour in our case. Are you able to filter out the “Completed Documents” by the Folder name?We could have 18 pages of completed documents and we only move them into a specific folder when the lease associated with the documents is completely processed. It becomes a problem to scroll through 18 pages of documents to locate every document that is not moved to a personal folder and is still in the “sent” folder.   

After I add items to my template and send to the client, I have set it up to send me a copy.  Problem is that only the client is getting the full version as I sent it and I am only getting it without the information I have added so I’m basically only able to view the template version of what I sent.  How do I change this?

Hello, I would like to integrate Docusign in a hubspot CRM, but I encounter a problem with the connection to my docusign account, it says that I’m “partially connect”. Did you guys have the same problem?   Also I didn’t find the “connect button” in Docusign to enable the connection.

Using Correct, I am unable to remove or reorder signing order of any CC’s on a sent envelope. Once the envelope is sent, the option to modify a CC recipient is greyed out, but all other recipient types are editable. The documents in the envelope have not been viewed or signed. Ultimate goal - I do NOT want the CC to receive any notifications of a completion, void or expiration. Please advise if this is possible. 

We have Power Forms that go directly to our accounting team when completed.  They are gettin duplicate copies of these completed forms.  Is this just us or is anyone else having this issue?

Hello!We recently upgraded from eSignature (Legacy) to DocuSign App Launcher in our Salesforce environment.  We have two use cases for our users with DocuSign.An API call is made where a document is generated then sent using the system sender email A DocuSign button is pressed to allow users to send a custom document in an envelope to a client.Once we added permissions for our users to accomplish the second use case, envelopes that were generated via the first use case started being sent out from users personal email addresses rather than the system sender email address.Is it possible to allow users access to customize documents and send out envelopes via the custom DocuSign buttons without either having to add them as DocuSign users in Salesforce OR to set the default email that ALL documents that come from Salesforce come from to a specific address?  It seems like we could hard code into our solution for the first use case that the email address used is always our default, but this s
