Greetings,I’ve received a couple obvious spam or fraudulent emails purporting to be from Docusign.  As per directions on your website and here, I tried to forward them to spam@docusign.com.Initially, my outbound mail host bounced it because it looks like spam and refused to forward it on.I changed my outbound mail routing to skip my outbound host and the mail was accepted initially then returned to me from the mailer daemon on a .pphosted.com address, again because it looks like spam.Obviously, the message has spammy content in it.How do we report these fake docusign emails if If Docusign’s inbound mail handling is going to bounce them because they are spammy?Thanks,--[Lance]

Docusing has a “4-steps process for cancellation which does not work on mobiles. Also, they do not provide live support. They stole 15.99 from my credit card. Tried to reach a human for cancellation, through phone, through chat… no options. They must be sued.Please, feel free to contact me at 000000000000 to take care of this scam. How can I enlarge a document for easier reading, in an increment smaller than 56%I am reading a document on a laptop. The document, at 100%, is somewhat blurry and I would like to see it larger. I clock on the + Magnifying Glass and the size jumps to 156%.  Now the document is wider than my laptop screen.How can I enlarge a document in an increment less than 56%Thanks!

Hello, I have a template that I can get to match for template matching at 78% using IDR. I need to get this over 80% so our users can see it as the default is set to 80%. I know i can ask users to lower their preference for matching but i should not have to. The document matched 100% before and was only replaced with a new document that added 2 lines.I have moved the IDR to multiple places and added multiple IDR to the document. Adding more IDR seems to make it worse and not better as my percentage matching goes down.I have reviewed this document already Set Custom IDR ZonesAny assistance is appreciated. 

We’re using DocuSign in Salesforce. After a document is signed, we get the signed document and certificate of completion as two separate files in the Salesforce record. We’d like this to return as one file--the signed document with the certificate of completion appended to the end.  Is that possible? I have the setting Attach certificate of completion to envelope checked, but that isn’t helping. 

Does DocuSign has any limit on number of envelopes created?   

I have been a customer of Docusign for many moon as a real estate broker and this is the last year I will renew.  I am very frustrated with the non-existent level of communication and service.  As a large community of realtors we rely on this service a great deal. Recently you have added a feature that the documents that are signed on our end and we forward are automatically encrypted and password protected.  While we never have set up this password.  I have gone to the security to dissable this feature, contacted support they are directing me to places and features that does not exist. What does it take for this app to work?

​I have the character limit is set to 4000; however, I am only allowed to type as much will fit in the text box size drawn.

A signature has been done but it is not showing. Therefore the next person on line to sign don´t receive the document to sign.What can be done? 

I believe my account has been hacked. I received a notification that someone was attempting to log in and a verification code. I did not request these. I have since logged in myself and changed my password. Can you please look for fraudulent activity?

The docusign document (that I need to sign) is not showing in my email…I see gray horiz. lines and that’s it, no letters, etc.Do I need an older version of docusign?I am in a Mac OS Catalina computer laptop - version: 10.15.7Does this have to do with it, or is it another reason?Thanks so much for the help.Best,Schooler

Hello,I need the support email address to discuss an issue with my home page. I have tried for two days now and I can’t open a case it keeps sending me to this page and once I chose the service it gives me an error. Does anyone have a direct email to Docusign’s support. This is very unbecoming in not being able to contact someone immediately.

Currently my company is using several accounts and contracts with the same domain.Users can login either by SSO or username and password.The administration (using the admin portal) of the users is currently done manually and we want to use SAML in the future while still ensuring that username / password is still working for the accounts currently using it. Is it possible to use SAML without enforcing SSO in the whole organzation?  Identity Providers

I sent out a document for 2 signers to sign.  Even though they both got the envelope, only one had access to sign. What can I do to fix

I am a new user to Docusign.  The version I have is supposed to have the “Attach” icon symbol under the “Standard Options” when creating a template or envelope.I don’t have it.  I have Business Pro, which says I can use the feature.  I’ve made sure the settings are correct as well.  I’ve tried chatting with tech support but I’m not getting anywhere.This is what I would like to do. I have an application that I am sending to a recipient, they fill out the application.  I would like to have the “attach” icon on the there as well so they can upload documents to me...it could be one document or multiple documents.  I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.  Can anyone help me please?Thank you! 

Hi! I recently attended the Showcase, Best Practices and Q&A webinar on February 6th, where they mentioned that you can customize your account, including the colors of the screens, so that it looks more like the emails/agreements are coming from our company, rather than Docusign. I can’t seem to find this option in my account or Docusign University. Can anyone help guide me in the right direction?

Hi I have trying to get assistance with e renewal since last week  ThursdayI spoke to my account manager on Friday who asked me to send some additional documents which I did.And it has been silence ever since. Apparently all of the Account Manager are in the US and I will only be able to receive  support on or after the 11th of MarchOn Monday I also logged a support case. I have requested a callback numerous times with no result. I just don’t see how this can be acceptable. In the meantime we can’t do a single thing on Docusign. And there seems to be no way of contacting anyone for escalating the case.  

I have read that there is NO technical limit to how many envelopes a specific user can send per year in Docusign Standard Plan. So if there are 3 seats with 300 Envelopes available per year, the envelopes are shared among the users and one user can send 101 evelopes if needed.Just wanted to confirm that.Thanks.
