I am trying to access a document I signed May  3 this year 2024.  I have the original email inviting me to sign. I click this link and get the expired link page.  I have made multiple requests for a new link, but nothing arrives. I have checked spam.   I didn’t have an account at the time of signing but have created one in case I could access the document that way but there is nothing available.  I also tried the access document link on the docusign.com homepage with the security code in the email but end up in the same expired link no new link provided by the request loop.Been at least three hours since first requesting a new link.Is this normal?AK

My name is Verónica Arias, my phone number is +56 9 9070 XXXX, and my email is **.**********@*****.*** But when I log in for the first time, my account is associated with another user, "José Luis Alfonso." I need a separate account; I have no relationship with the other user. I need a new account.

Hi - How do you add your manager’s electronic signature to a DocuSign document - if they are sent a Docusign document from an external entity?  I have received a few of these but havent been able to add their signature for them, is there a way to do this?  I havent used DocuSign before - just using the 30 day free trial to try and work this out! Thank you 

I am working with conditional routing: I have a selection that if checked, adds a recipient to the standard workflow (set up as a conditional routing group). If the box is not checked, it does not have an alternate- it should just continue the standard workflow to the next recipient.Is there a solution for this?

Hi.  Sent out a document for multiple signatures and realized I didn’t send it to one of the signees.I have received most of the signatures; How can I send it out to that one person now?

I recently started using the DocuSign CLM tool and created a document generation form, linking it to a workflow through Configurations. While setting up the workflow, I successfully connected the configuration, and the fields created in the form were populated as XML variables. However, when I added new fields to the form, they were not automatically reflected in the workflow. Is there a way to ensure that new fields added to the form are automatically updated in the workflow?

Dear All, I have tried to create a DocuSign account. However, for doing so a contact phone number was requested. The system did not accept the general phone number of our office. It seems that a mobile number is needed to which the system will send the verification code. I wanted to ask if there is an option to create an account without a mobile phone number. Thank you! In my account, multiple users are sending & receiving envelopes for signature.  I would like to capture all these signed/completed envelopes in a local Docusign SharePoint folder through automation or manual extraction.  What are the options to accomplish, short of Maestro & an API? Thank you.

I am reaching out regarding a recurring issue with the facial recognition process in the DocuSign app. The individual (my mother) attempting to sign is a very elderly user who is unable to complete facial recognition despite multiple attempts under proper conditions (adequate lighting, camera functioning, in-person assistance) and my assistant.I kindly request the following support:1. An alternative authentication method or more time to do the face movement .2. Recommendations or features adapted for elderly users or those with physical limitations.3. Seriously, I’ve never use a service where it is IMPOSSIBLE to get any support.I’ve paid for your Business plan which I was told will give me access to the Branding option but after I’ve upgraded that, the Branding option is still locked! I’ve tried to open a case but I get thisI’m already subcribe to your eSignature Business Pro and yet I cannot get any support nor can I get the Branding option available for me.  Can someone please help as I urgently need to access that branding to send a document over. 

How can I reinstate a user who was accidentally removed?

I am a DS Admin in my company’s Docusign account. I need to send some documents requiring drawn signatures rather than the preformatted type. I have read several help articles about how to do this, but my settings options do not seem to match up with the advice in the articles. Can someone walk me through how to do this? Thanks!

It seems it is impossible now to enable any ID verification option on a developer DocuSign account because according to this article:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=ced1643229641057&topicId=wri1618324913918.html&_LANG=enus -→ This Option should be available but also according to this article this is a premium feature which only payable clients have access to.And also only clients with subscriptions have access to ask support questions.In these conditions how does one proceed with enabling ID verification/ IDnow on a developer's account?I would like to know how testing can be done in these conditions where there's a loop of blocks for testing this feature.  

I am reading that Numerical tabs may be an additional plan feature in production. (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/esign101/concepts/tabs/number-fields/) Questions:How can I tell if our production account plan has Numerical tabs feature included? How can I add a Number tab instead of a Numerical tab? I only see, under the standard fields, number. (screenshot).

Hi,I have a document that is already signed in adobe (non-Docusigned), and need to upload it in Docusign and just add new signatures.But when I upload the file, the initial external signature gets invalidated. Why ?I mention no other changes are made to the document, solely add a new signature through Docusign. Thanks

I’d like to preform an audit on the merge tags used for each Form Library form. Is there a way to extract all the merge tags from each form without having to copy & paste each one individually into excel?I’d like to capture the form field name AND the merge tag that it relates to. NOTE: I have tried to highlight them, then pasting into excel. However, when you paste with source formatting- the box appears and it’s not easy to extract. If you paste “values only” the merge tag information disappears.
