I am new to DocuSign and, even though I already sent several documents out for signatures, I would like to create Rooms to have everything more organized but, it I can not find the way on how to do it. I already went to FAQs and it was not help at all. Does anybody know if this is an option for 1 Admin Accounts or just for bigger organizations??

When placing a text box into a template why does a second text box auto-populate?  I have a template that has one area for student and one area for parent and addresses or emails can be different. However, the text box in the student area auto-populates in the parent area.  How can I fixe this 

We are trying to utilize webforms in our office where reasonable.  One issue we keep coming up against is an individual contributor creates the template and then the form.  However, we want the form/envelope to route from our company account, instead of the individual.Our past practice for templates and powerforms was the change of ownership was the last step before we went live.  However, the webform edit page does not all change owner.  The last instruction I saw was that it could only be moved to an administrator.  That is not feasible in our environment.  Any ideas?

Or is there a way of retrieving an uncompleted document that I was working on? Every time my internet falls away I have to start again - I haven't managed to complete a document yet!

Hello.  What is the best practice for an educational institution that needs to obtain a student’s signature on a DocuSign form that also requires a co-signature by a representative of that institution? There does not seem to be a bulk signature option when multiple documents need to be processed.  Does anyone have any suggestions about how to address this need most efficiently?Thank you.

Though I am the administrator for our account, we have several users who each send envelopes. Is there are way for notifications to go only to the sender?

So sometimes, I receive a notification email that a document I sent out (I’m not the signer) was voided. How do I disable this notification email (on documents for which I’m not the signer)?  

I have to send a file signed with Docusign to one of my clients, who will then add their stamp onto the file via Adobe Acrobat. When I send them the file, they tell me they cannot add the stamp since the document has been protected by Docusign automatically. Is this normal behavior? How can clients add their Adobe stamps onto Docusign issued files? P.S: I usually download the signed file first, then attach it onto an email to the clientsMany thanks in advance

Hi all - has anyone had an issue when using the option to Sign a document in that you cannot use a another signature other than your default signature? Some of our colleagues are experiencing this today, (but apparently there was no issues earlier in the week)? Thanks

Hi,i don’t have access of docusign setup in my salesforce org. How to resolve it ? 

I have submitted a signed PDF document but it has been rejected because it contains the incorrect type of digital signature.  I have been informed that they can only accept an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) or Qualified electronic Signature (QES).  they do not accept other types of electronic signatures, including simple Electronic Signatures.  Can you please advise how i make my signature a AES or QES?Thanks 

Hello,our organization has a custody transfer rule where, on completion, templates from a specific group transfer ownership to an individual user so that they can view the form data. I have setup shared access between this individual and another user (with sending privileges) so that if the person is away, the other user could switch access and view the form data. Both of these individuals are in the same group, the user who takes ownership is a DS Admin, the other person is a DS Sender. However, if I'm logged in as the user that is not in the custody transfer rule, and I try to switch access to manage envelopes as the user who is in the rule, I still can’t see the Form Data. Is this expected behaviour or is there a way to get around this? Do both users have to be Admins? I noticed that I can’t add the 2nd user to the custody transfer rule, it can only go to 1 person.Thank you!

Hi Everyone, 1st. time user here. I had to send out a handbook to a bulk of people to sign. We do not have the option to load 126 emails in one shot - so I had to enter each email in seperately. That being said, it “sent” fine, BUT, when someone opens the email to sign, everyone else’s signature appears on that email.I went in and voided the sent document, but I need serious help on how to appropriately send it out to those 126 people, so each person signs and sends back their own document.I have a template setup, and another question is: How do I set up the template to “save” the signature boxes?Time is of the essence and I would greatly appreciate your assistance.  I did the youtube videos, and tried to find my answers, but there is almost too much info. and I’m just not sure of the right process for what we need. HiI have a deed which has been witnessed. The witness has given their details and the signature is time stamped, but the witness did not insert the signature.Does this mean that the witness signature is invalid and I am best to start again...or does the stamp mean that it is a valid signature.thank you.Ed

Hello, I had 7 people sign a document but the initials overlap on my document since it takes up too much space. I don't want to redo my document and redo the whole circuit. Is my final document still valid? THANKS

Has anyone seen this issue with Docusign in the Production setup? I set up the user everything is alright. This user 1st time submit for signature, instead of the system requesting for granting access, it hits the error - screenshot straight away. My admin account still can submit for signature. Some suggestions on web says that I have to uninstall the application to re-set the access which is the last thing we want to do for go-live.

I have two people who will be in the same video session signing the same document. It will be notarized, but do they both need “Signs with Notary” designation or can that be assigned to the last signer? I won’t be applying more then one stamp or signature as a notary.

When does my send limit renew? My sign-up was 12/29.Does the send limit run on a calendar month-to-month basis? or is it freom sign-up?  either way, it should have renewed as I did not use 5 envelopes between 6/29 and today.

Has anyone come across this error? Not sure what it is not liking. 

HELLO!Due to a mistake a client signed a document and the name of the company he was signing for was misspelled on the document.This name appears in the document that was sent to sign, not in the signature or initials of the document. The error is in the file, not in DocuSign.How can I correct it? Can the file be reopened and corrected? Thanks!
