I have a document which was signed by myself and one other recipient. I can see the audit trail for this in history and the Certificate of Completion.Is it  possible to send / forward this document to a third recipient and include the audit trail of signatures so that they can view not just the document but the original audit trail in history  and/ or the Certificate of Completion from when the document was signed.Thank you for your help. 

I completed and uploaded the CSV File and then got an error saying “There are errors in your bulk list. If you need help fixing or formatting your list, see our help page.Help”  The errors seem to be in the Owner 1::Identification column.  I want the doucments to be SMS verified.  I have tried “Phone/Auth” I have tried “Phone/Auth.” and “SMS/Phone” and SMS/Phone.”  What syntax do I need to use in that column?

Envelope Id: I received a DocuSign-ed contract / agreement with my side of eSignature. How can I get help from DocuSign while I am not an initiator and I am just the person required to sign the document. I do not have a subscription to DocuSign yet. Signing a document does not require an account with DocuSign. The document is obviously forged since:(1) I have never received the DocuSign email requesting for signature at all; I believe that my email in the document is Spoofed and the eSignature is forged;(2) my eSignature in the trial account is different from the document; For example, if they sent to my email requesting for my signature, the signature will be Abc Xyz, not Cde Xyz with is another party on this agreement;(3) The timestamps of all actions within 5 second each from sending, reviewing to signing while I was still sleeping in the early morning: Envelope Summary Events Status TimestampsEnvelope Sent Hashed/Encrypted 2/5/2024 6:38:56 AMCertified Delivered Security Checked 2/5

Has anyone worked on integrating DocuSign with Salesforce Education Cloud?

Hi! I’m having trouble with a OpenType-formatted font, Flama. When creating an envelope with a word document with this font, something happens when it’s converted to PDF by Docusign and the font changes to Times new roman. Also, sometimes numbers or letters disappear. Is there a list of supported (or non-supported) fonts, so I can change my document styles? Other classic fonts like Arial, calibri etc works fine, it’s just this one in particular I’m having trouble with. If I choose Print to PDF in word, the font is OK. However, when I choose Save as PDF or Save as Adobe PDF, and then create an envelope in Docusign, it seems like letters disappear or gets replaced with “X” in a box. Anyone having the same problem? Embedding the font in the document and converting it to Truetype does not solve the problem.Regards.

We are using DocuSign IDV EU Advanced with Liveness, and Onfido is the partner.We have a particular need. Upon a signer selecting their country, various options such as National ID, Residence Permit, Passport, and Driving License are displayed. Is it possible to disable driving license?

I have one client who’s initial when she signs on her phone comes back black. If she signs on her computer it is fine.  The husbands comes back fine from his phone.  They are drawing their signatures and not selecting one of the standard print ones.  It is only happening on hers. They are signing real estate documents that I use all the time. I have never had this happen with any other client.  What could be the problem?  Could she being doing something when she is creating her signature?Thank you!  

I’m creating competency evaluations for our staff and have a question regarding the employee name.  I have it set that the evaluation will first go to the supervisor to fill out and then the employee will receive it next after the supervisor has signed off on it so the employee can read the comments and constructive criticism from their superior.  However after testing it, the employee name will not show up when the supervisor gets it, only when they receive.  Is there a way that I can change it so it will list the employees name at the top when the manager receives the document? 

We are leaving Conga Composer and are implementing Docusign Gen in our org.In our current use case, users can upload photos (.jpg , .png, etc) to the Files on the Work Order object. Then we generate a work order using Conga Composer. The document generator grabs the Work Order Line Items and displays them in a table. Below the table, it shows ALL photos that attached to the related record. Conga does this by allowing us to Query the related images and display them in a dynamic table.  I saw in the documentation where you can use XML and a field based URL to display images but we are looking for something that dynamically displays the images without our end users (non-admins) needing to populate any fields with URLs.  There current experience is using Salesforce UI to upload the photos they want on the document. 

I have scenario and I need to automate the process. Assume I have an envelope named checklist and has three signer with the signing order 1,2,3. Each time when the signer is signed I need to download the document in my local machine. For example if signer 1 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and if signer 2 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and so on. I tried the flow with Power automate, we can only download the document only the entire envelope is completed. In this case all 3 signer has to sign then only we can get the document. Is there option that we can get it for each signer in power automate? I am also happy to use DocuSign Signature Rest API to automate this process. Thanks,Nirmal.  

If we are creating an new envelope manually by adding documents we will enable the frequency of reminders using advanced options in DocuSign and send the envelope to the recipient. The below image shows how to enable the frequency of reminders for the envelope.Is there any way can we automate the process using power automate or DocuSign Signature Rest API call?The flow should be:Create an envelope Add the Documents Add all the recipients Enable the frequency of reminders for 7 days. As those responsible for the Personnel Department at Digibee Company (CNPJ:27.902.981/0001-19) we have access to DocuSign.We are two people in the area, @Clariskelle Faller Huver Trindade and @Sara Pereira but we do not see each other within our DocuSign profile and the ideal would be for us to see each other on the documents that were signed for better management. Would it be possible?Is it possible to change this?The appropriate thing is that we both have a view of everything that she or I go up there for signature. Just like an area group.So in my absence she can look for a document that I have signed, just as in her absence I can have the vision.Another thing, can we leave the documents that are there, already signed, there as a dossier file, or does there have an expiration date for the already signed documents to disappear?Thank you and I wait.

Sorry if this is an easy answer. I am just new to Docusign. My company uses Adobe Sign currently and the only reason we are thinking of switching is because Docusign can integrate with Monday.com. In AdobeSign it lets me create what they call “Web forms” were you can create a contract for someone to sign and have a link to add to your website or just email people the link to the contract. Is there something the same in docusign? We just have adopters sign our contract that way instead of having to manually send to them each time they just go on our website and click the link

hello i hope you can help me out...i’m getting fairly frustrated.  i am trying to use access code - however - the recipient doesn’t get the pop up to open.  it just opens with no request to validate?  it must be something in the settings that will create the validate pop- up.  i need some HELP in where to go in the setting, guessing security - but not sure what needs to be ticked or not ticked.  i compared with  a friend - they are able to get the validate pop up window for recipient - but i don’t.. need some assistance please.

 I am working on a Power Automate process that needs to allow users to add an access code option for recipients whenever an envelope is created. While doing this manually, we can use the customize option and select "add access code" to enable the access code for the envelope. Can this process be automated using Power Automate?
