Hello, I'm a consultant for Salesforce organization. In this organization, their previous consultant, who no longer works for the organization, installed and set up the users in DocuSign. As a System Administrator, I'm attempting to get into DocuSign Setup to add users, but I'm unable to get into it because of an authorization issue. I assigned the DocuSign Administrator permission set to my Salesforce User, but I'm still unable to get into DocuSign.   I also see that I don't have a DocuSign username and I don't have the 'Can Manage DocuSign Account' check. There is no way to get into contact with the previous System Admin for their organization, and their User is the one set up to have full access into Docusign. Is there any alternative ways to help me get full access into DocuSign?  There's time sensitive adjustments that needs to be made for the Salesforce organization, but we're all blocked from making any changes.  Thank you for your time,Sheereen

Hello I would like to updated my payment information

There is a Salesforce and DocuSign Admin who is trying to sign into DocuSign via her Salesforce accout but keeps getting the federated ID issue that doesn't let her log in.  We have reset the federated ID in DocuSign and is able to log into DocuSign if she logs in directly from DocuSign.  We have Single sign on for DocuSign and have changed it as well to see if that helps fix the issue but it has not.  Not sure what else can be the issue?

I have sent an envelope with signing order to a group of 23 people.One can’t sign and signing process stalled.There is a “Correct” button there, but it does not work.It let me delete the recipient but after saving (correcting) I can still see the recipient there, and the envelope is still waiting on him.So what’s the purpose of "Correct" button there? Thanks!

I received a document which has been docusigned by two individuals. the signatures each have long series of numbers underneath which are different. what are these numbers for?

There are three options when sign the file: Approve, Review, author. Just want to know what is the difference between approval signature and review signature?

Quick question, is their a way to created a tiered signing approach for a document. For example, we have an administrator that needs to sign documents, but on a timely basis, and have had some instances where they were out and couldn’t sign the needed documents, which delayed the rest of our operations. Is there a way to make it where if they can’t access their work, it could push to another person?

Hi everyone,This may have been answered, but I am just looking for clarity.My organization will  be purchasing the “Standard” plan with multiple users in multiple departments. How are my documents kept “unseen” by other departments (ie, I am in HR)?  Does each user have their own unique password and can only see their own documents? Does the “Administrator” of the entire plan set out who sees what in each department?Clarity on this would be most appreciated.Thanks so much,Patricia

Hello, Could someone help me with if it’s possible to retrieve documents that were sent and stored on an old email account that has now been deleted/ I don’t have access to anymore. I need to retrieve documents that were sent to and signed via the email adress that I had when I was still working for my previous employer.  This email adress was deleted when I left the company, or at least, I don’t have access to it anymore. When I log in on the account with the correct password it sends an verification code that I need to log in to this old email address but I can’t retrieve that. So now I can’t log in anymore.  Does somebody know how I can fix this so I can get access to my previous documents again and change the email to my private emailaddress? Many thanks!

Hello,I have an account that has two Organizations configured (one on NA3 and one on NA2). The folks who passed on the admin work to me do not remember or know why two organizations were created. This is preventing me from claiming the domain because doing so will create a mess per DocuSign ProServices.I would like to remove one of them after I unlink the accounts that are attached to it and reassign them to the org on NA3. My question: Is removing the “organization” something I can do as an administrator or is that a task where i need to submit a Support Ticket? The documentation does not have an explicit procedure for organization removal. Thank you

Hi, I had an issue yesterday with my envelope.The envelope requires 23 signatures from different signers.I created a template, added people to it and then tried to use it.However it would not send envelope without setting signing order first. I was getting an error. Why is that?Now I have to go after each and everyone in a queue to remind them to sign because others are waiting!Is this how DocuSign works? Or there is a way around it? P.S. There were 2 people in the list with the same names and emails. These are owners who has more than on property and need to sign for both separately. i suspect that this is what caused the “signing order” error. Thanks! 

Is there a way to download a certificate of completion for a DocuSign you did not create using the DocuSign Envelope ID?

If you have multiple CHECKBOX options and only one can me selected is there a way to require that additional information be provided for the selected CHECKBOX only? In other words, if a box is checked than additional information needs to be provided but if it is not than no addtl info is required.

Hello, I have used Docusign for years to complete documents sent to me for signature. I was previously able to see all documents upon logging into my Docusign account.I am no longer able see completed documents except one which was signed more recently. Could you help?

I am creating a web form with DocuSign, in the process of building the template I have many documents that may or may not be necessary for the applicant to fill, including four copies of a provider form. The reasoning for this is that some families with multiple children sometimes have multiple providers. How can I conditionally format the required additional pages to show if the provider name boxes have differing information entered?This additional sheet would also require an additional signer, not needed otherwise. Any advice would be wonderful, thank you in advance! 

We are trying to add hyperlinks to the web on one of our documents, but we cannot find the option to add Custom Fields.

Hello,I was hoping to be able to use a template, that already has all the fields needing filled out, sent to a group of trip participants. Each participant needs to complete each field and sign acknowledgement at the bottom. When I try to do the bulk import, it does not carry the fields over to the other recipients.  Would appreciate some help. (Visual aids are great.)

Surely this was answered and I just can’t find it, sorry.   The customer downloaded, signed, and emailed the scanned contract back not using DocuSign.  Therefore, it shows I’m still waiting for that signature.  How do I “check this off” in DocuSign as completed without deleting or voiding so I don’t lose it since the event is still in 6 months? 

Along with documents I need completed and signed, I need the applicants CV/Resume attached returned to me. Is there a way to add this feature to a template? 

Hello everyone,I am using the free version to test out DocuSign for our company.  I’m creating a template and one field I need is for a telephone/cell number.  I can’t seem to get it to work. The number field tells me its an error and wants a number.  Is there any way to create a telephone/cell number field for a template? Or document for that matter?Thank you,Patricia

Hello,I have a Docusign test account, Business Pro Trial. I test to use “Specify recipient” feature, but it does not work. I have error “acocunt does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type”. How do I need to do to use this feature ?  

Where can I search for an envelope using its ID? I need to retrieve the signatures summary.

My DocuSign witness completed his details but the system did not send him/his phone failed to accept the access numerical sequence. He re-tried a number of times and he is no longer available to witness. So’ I need to replace him with a new witness but there is no facility when I access the document for me to change anything as I have already signed and completed my part. Any clues on how to change the witness or do we need to start the whole process again with my lawyers issuing a new document for me to sign again?thanks Michael 

I’ve added a Document Custom Field to calculate 45 days out from the Date Signed field; however, it is not working. During eSign, the Recipient sees the value in the “Initial Value” of the Custom Field but the calc is not happening. Any suggestions??
