Process looks like this: I prepare document, sign it to prove that I've prepared it and I need it to send it to the client who doesn't use docusign. How can I send it as an downloadable file in attachment to the mail - visible as every other attachment in outlook?

I'am a signer on the document, yet when it comes back to me for final signature, the signature boxes are not on the document and I have to add a signature text box. Why?

Hi I have a sharepoint list, that on a new entry fires a MS flow to send a Docusign Template out and pull into the template some of the sharepoint fields for that new row i added. I have managed to get it to pull through some dynamic content from my Sharepoint list, but not all. The fields that work are where i have setup signatures in the template. I created some custom fields in docusign and addeded these to template but i have not managed to get the MS flow action "Send Envelope with Template" to show / use custom fields. e.g. if i had a field called salary, i would like this to be pulled from my SP List. However as you can see it just shows signature fields in the attached despite having this placedholder added to the template

As we know custom tags can be added on template through drag and drop on a template. But I want to make these custom tags to be auto populated for every use of a template, which means I want to add custom tags on template only for once and for the next time it should be automatically placed. I know it is possible but don't know how to achieve it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I have not been able to see any of my activity in DocuSign for about six months. When I log in to DocuSign, it shows zero activity in the overview, which is wrong. What do I need to do to straighten this problem out and see my DocuSign activity? Mary

We sent a document to a member, the member did not complete the process, however, they kept receiving emails for the document. How can we stop the emails to our members?

I need two signatures -- 2 different names but going to same email address. One of the names is "changing" in transit. Signer is not making this change -- the program is changing the name by the time it gets to the signer. I am entering "Jane B Smith" and "John A Smith" but "Jane B Smith" is changing to "John A Smith" by the time it gets to the signer. And the program is directly "Jane B Smith" to sign as "John A Smith". I have re-entered into and re-sent docs 4 times now and it continues to do this. Any advice?  

We have a stock reply private message we use and we copy and paste it each time. In the older version of DocuSign is there a way to assign that message to certain people so it automatically populates?

I tried uplaoding the supplemental doc like my contract (as suggested in docusign video) but when I clicked on the 3 dots after I uploaded my supplemental there was not an option to make it supplemental. It just showing the supplemntal doc as part of the contract and not an attachement like I intended

I have a csv file that has 37 different people with addresses, emails, phone number, typre of boat, lease date and etc that I would like to match to the text fields on contract template I have created. In reading from the knowledge base regarding bulk send, Docusign will only let me use a predetermined set of columns.

 Or I need to know how to do myself if possible. I need help so I can get this contract completed. I cannot delete that second signature! It has our company personnel's name to be signed as the second signature already, but I guess he didn't pay any attention to it and signed it anyway.  Can he correct it on his end???

Can I edit an existing template?

We have 4-5 signers reviewing and signing a document. One of them is an external party. After the external party signs, we don't want the entire envelope (which includes internal documents) to go to the external party. We don't actually need the external signed to get a copy at all. Is it possible to limit the completed copies that seem to get sent out automatically once the envelope is completely signed?

I am being told on the Bulk Upload, Replace Recipients - "An error occurred in uploading the CSV file. Verify the format is correct and retry." The file is in CSV format. I'm a Sender.

Are all items that you DocuSign available for you to see or are there times that you may sign something but there is no record under "manage"?
