Hi ,How can I cancel an approved document and notify signers ? Thanks! 

People are using the discussion boards to ask questions that should be directed directly communicating with customer service instead, like when they are overbilled or their files disappeared before they did their taxes.  Is there any way to contact Docusign customer service privately or do you just have to try to talk to them through the public discussion boards?

I use Docusign for the encryption security. But Docusign emails final documents to me over unsecure email. How is this secure, and why am I paying for this? Eddie

I want to make it easy to see/search what my clients have written in their data fields by having the information included in the message body. This way I can search the information in my mail inbox so that I don’t have to click/open into the same envelope many times to view the information. Is this possible?I know I can add the email and name of the client to the message, but what about the actual data fields? tysm. 

Is there a report out there that shows all the open/outstanding envelopes for specific users? 

Hi, I recently upgraded to a business pro account but I do not have access to the “forms” tab for power forms and web forms. Are webforms only available for Enhanced plans?

I have created a PowerForm for a credit application that is to have a link on our organization website that customers can use whenever needed.  The form has a portion for applicant and a portion for co-applicant.  If both are filled out then it proceeds as necessary to the correct department.  Unfortunately if someone tries to only complete the applicant section with no co-applicant it throws an error message and will not let the applicant continue.  I have a conditional routing set for applicant completed to go to Dept A.  I also have it set so that if a co-applicant completes it should also go to Dept A.  Has anyone ever run into this issue?

If I have sent an email to the wrong email address can that person see the document after I’ve corrected it?  I sent it to the wrong person.  I was able to correct and send to the right person before the wrong person opened it.  Can the first person (the wrong person) still see the document? 

Hello,How can I verify whether my account allows for requesting Qualified Signatures? And if possible how can I enable qualified signatures? On https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=xcm1643837555908&topicId=wjg1635415874371.html&_LANG=enus it says that: “Requesting qualified signatures to recipients requires that your account allows one of the following QES signature types: DS EU Qualified with in-person ID check, IDnow - EU Qualified, or Signer Held EU Qualified.”

Hello everyone,I am currently testing DocuSign before purchasing a plan. I want to confirm if there is a function that allows me to disable the download or save a copy option for the signee. I only want the recipient to receive an email, sign the document, and not be able to download or save a copy. Is this feature available in the paid plan?Thank you.

When I send out contracts, the project manager initials, then it goes to our vp for signature and then to the subcontractor.  The project manager does not want a copy of the completed envelope.  Is there a way to cut that off?

I sent some clients a document to sign in which I had to sign as well. When I got the email to sign, there was no issues and I signed accordingly. As for my clients, there is no yellow “review documents” button to click to take them to DocuSign to sign their documents. I facetimed the clients and they showed me and it is very odd. I resent the package numerous times and a couple times it flashed the “review documents” option, but it was only there for a fraction of a second. The entire blue banner where the review documents option should be is entirely blank. Can someone help?

Hi guys,I am trying to sign a document but when its time to verify my identity the app says that the document type or origin is not accepted.I am using a Canadian passport or a Canadian driving license and neither are working despite being in the list of supported documents.Any idea how to solve this issue, why would that not work?Thanks in advance.

in case for example there are multiple signers for an envelope, (not just one signer), business wants their internal stakeholders to be notified each time one of the listed signers signs the document.So they can know whom is pending the signature, they want an email option for notification, and not having to go into the system to check the document history

A customer fills out an  application. Once that application is approved, we use that information to fill out a contract. Is there a way to populate the contract with the relevant information from the application?

Where are the documents I signed more than 6 months ago?  I need them for my taxes but it only shows the last 6 months of documents.  I cant find them anywhere.  Banks keep all information available online for at least 18 months...until the tax deadline has passed so that customers can easily access the information when it is needed for taxes.  Is there an easy way to access my missing documents or does docusign just delete everything over 6 months old leaving customers with no information when its time to do their taxes? 

Good morning. I have a document for client approval that requires signatures of any three of four signers. Is there a way to handle this without requiring all four to sign?

The recipient of the signed documents is downloading to their files and when they try to open the document at a later date, it does not open and they are going back to the original email that they receive with through docusign with the Completed documents. They are stating that I need to extend the expiration date of the envelope they receive, but I think that if they are downloading the file on their end, and then cannot open that document that it is an issue on their end, not necessarily with docusign or the expiration date of the envelope.Thanks 

I am shocked that DocuSign Gen Templates for Salesforce does not have the functionality to use text from Salesforce Fields in the Generated File Name + File Suffix. That feature is basic functionality in competitors like Conga Composer, PandaDoc, and SDocs. Current functionality mandates that all generated file names be [Static Text Typed in the Upload Documents Stage of Gen Template Flow] + File Suffix [limited to Data Source Name and/or Date] Other Competitors give us the ability to dynamically change our file names in the doc gen such as “Custom_Field__c Purchase Order” Other threads similar to this subject say the work around is for the user to manually edit the file name.  This sucks on many levels. A: The user needs Salesforce permission to edit files (we generate files automatically in our current use case with Conga and the owner of the record is not the owner of the file).
