How to tranfer envelopes between organisations accounts in EU

we need to migrate the envelopes and the users between 2 accounts (organisations) in the EU environment.
is that possible and how we can do it?

@ASchmidt - Yes, you can move envelopes between accounts. You will need to make sure these accounts are in the same environment. You will first need to add the user to the target account. Do you have Admin access to your Organization? The transfer feature is at the Org Level. You can find more information here. Envelope Transfer Overview (docusign.com)
