We receive access to DocuSign because we have a relationship with Schwab. However, I can’t seem to share my profile or templates with other users. Is this because we don’t get those features with this free version?

Yes, it depends on your access and how your account is set up. The basic DS Profiles don’t allow template creation and sharing, only to use them. Your admin would have to move you to a different Profile that allows to create/send templates.
