I just purchased Docusign. I got contract ready to send. 
warning pops up

“ envelop can't be sent . Envelops not allowed “ 

I am stumped

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to send envelopes after purchasing your subscription, but I will assist you in locating the root cause of the issue.

 

You can confirm the current plan setup in Settings>Plan and Billing, there you will also find the latest invoice issued for your account.

 

If you have confirmed that the right billing details are showing in your account settings, the next step would be confirming if the account has reached its envelope quota, by running an Account Activity Report.
