Hello,We have a process whereby every month we produce upwards of 100 documents which all have the same format but the data in each changes each month. The location of where they are signed is identical for each document and is sent to a single individual.Is it possible in Docusign to:Upload multiple documents at once and have the signature location automatically positioned and assigned i.e. dropping 100 documents in an envelope and Docusign automatically places the signature box in the bottom left of the first page of each document Send out all 100 documents as separate emails for signature rather than a single email including all 100 documents in a single PDF. This enables the signer to decide which of the 100 documents can be signed and which can be rejected.Thank you

I have a business account, and need to send a document to a group of 75 people.  When it’s complete, it should be 1 document with all 75 signatures next to each person’s name.  I understand how to set up a bulk send, but how do the signature fields get added for a large group?  It doesn’t seem to show the individual names when I attempt to add the 75 signature fields, just the 1 for “bulk send”, which means each person is going to see all 75 signature blocks and think they have to sign all of them.  Can someone tell me the steps to add the signature fields once my CSV file is uploaded?

Hello All, I have a client that is using a central team to disperse envelopes to be signed by end-users.  The client does not want to give Admin level permissions to an entire team (10+ people) b/c the admin level permission opens up access to other areas of their DS account.  Is there a permission (either in a setting or an API) that would allow a DS user to be able to create an envelope, share it to another DS user who can then open it in Edit/signing mode for an end-user to sign?  Then the signed document and the envelope would be sent back to the original DS user for confirmation.

Hi, I have a live Powerform where a candidate needs to sign first, I have tested the URL link and have been able to sign the document successfully. Hi. I am urgently trying to send 7 documents to be signed by 3 people. I’ve had a dreadful experience of this software, and sadly I paid for a subscription, thinking this may solve a technical issue, but it didn’t, and I was charged twice for a monthly subscription (different amounts, too). No customer service available, links don’t work. The problem: each time I try to add a third recipient in a template, it overwrites the others. This means that I can only add 2 recipients. Pointless waste of 2 hours wondering how to get it to work. Does anyone have an email address or a telephone number for customer support please? I hate being blocked by email client gates. I don’t have the time to wait for them to mess me around any more. Thanks for any help. :)

How can I set a conditional logic when a selection could apply to more than one radio button? For example, i am giving the client the option to choose full pay, 2 pay, 4 pay or monthly. if they choose 2, 4 or monthly, they have the option to choose auto pay or not.  

I received an envelope with no signature fields/placeholder. I can drag the fields from the palette using free form signing. I faced a scenario where I chose to draw the signature. later I decided to upload my signature. But the system shows the first adopted signature each time I drag the signature field. It is not allowing me to clear and change the first adopted signature. Is this the expected behavior for free form signing?

Hello Everyone,When we create the envelope by default expiry be after 120 days. We tried to extend expiry of an envelope by adding number days to the expireAfter method but it still not updating, let me know the process to add new expiry day to the envelope. May I know that we can extend the expiration of an envelope by using developer account or not else we need any subscription to extend the expiration of an envelope.And also, please let me know I need to configure any setting in the developer account from my end.Thanks and RegardsCharan Balam

Why are things hidden on the start menu? I often need to see drafts or who I’m waiting on to sign and now I have to click more to find it. I have to click Agreements and then show more. There is a lot of space there. Why hide these and make it more difficult to get to? Please change!

Wondering if anyone else is disappointed that the MANAGE tab was removed from the recent upgrade.  Additionally, it was helpful to see status to say 0 of 2 waiting, if a document was started and no information entered, instead of “waiting for 2 others”.  That does tell me the document is empty.   Thank you

I need to work with a document that requires a signature based on the selected field. For example, if you are investing as an individual, you would fill out the relevant sections and sign in the designated area. If you are investing as a Trust, LLC, Corporation, etc., then you would fill in the appropriate field and sign. However, when I make the signature optional, I noticed that the prompt skips over the optional required signatures on the document.

The signature block of one of the signers has been mislocated to within the body of the letter.  I know both blocks were set up to be beside each other, and am not sure of how this happened and more importantly, how to correct it without invalidating the signatures.Besides requesting the signers go through this process again, what can be done?  And, what will prevent this from happening again?

I have been asked to have the recipients email address on the certificate of completion. Can this be done?

When I'm logged into my DocuSign account, the envelope ID shows coming from my address; however, when the email is delivered, it shows dse@docusign.net. This is confusing to recipients. Can I change this?

We require photo ID to be attached to our documents that are being signed.  Is there a way for the signer to attach a photo of their ID to the document during the signing process?

Hi all, We’ve had a few situations where some of our users will send an agreement for signature, but then the doc is returned via a separate email with a signature. In some cases users will have used their own instances of DocuSign to sign the agreement, presumably for their own archiving purposes. Now we have an agreement that has been only signed by the counterparty and still requires a signature by someone from our own team. I can obviously download the doc and reupload then only send the document to the users that needs to sign it on our end, however this will definitely be questionable as the certificate of completion will only be able to show one signature. How do I go about fixing something like this?Thanks 

Hello, Is it possible to do as the title says, and to bulk send a template that’s been shared to a shared account?  This is because we need to send out many documents to be signed and we would prefer they come a shared mailbox (ie company@company.com) rather than an individual (johndoe@company.com) so that the emails look more authentic, and so one individual mailbox isn’t flooded with notifications.   When trying to do this it looks like the “bulk send” option disappears for the shared account, but it is available from the individual account.  If this functionality isn’t available, are there any plans to implement it in the future? Thanks for any info anyone can provide!

I am trying to resend a document that has multiple signatories (8) Four of them have signed and the link to the 5th signatory expired, so he requested that I resend it. I have resent it about 4 times now and he is not getting emailed at all. I have even gone in to Correct and resent it that way- still no email. According to the information in support, when I Resend it should go to those that haven't yet signed and for some reason it is just not working. Any ideas??

Is it possible to allow users (with CLM Viewer permission) to only access documents from their own sector?For example, I’ve set a user persona as Finance. Therefore I want this user to view documents only if their sector attribute is Finance. I’ll take suggestions 😁

Hi, when i send documents I often want my Account Managers to get a copy of the “envelope” so he/she can see its sent. But no one has got a copy ever. Is there an adjustment that´s missing on my profile or do you know why?

I had an issue with Document Visibility this week and I hope someone may have an answer.  We use Docusign to have contract packages reviewed, approved and signed.  I sent an envelope in Docusign that included a contract, cover page and various supporting documents.  I set up the recipients that included three approvers.  The first approver contacted me and advised that while he would approve, he could not see the contract.  He could see all the other documents.  I opened the envelope and reviewed Document Visibility for him.  All documents were checked except for the contract.  I had not unchecked this document when setting up the envelope.I did some troubleshooting for the issue.  Under Settings, I went to Contacts and saw that there were two entrees for this person.  The entries had slightly different names (one version included a middle initial and the other did not) with the same email address.  I deleted the version with the middle initial.  I then did a test of creating a new env
