I have scenario in which one of my client is unbale to access the docusign account as the admin user has email address has been deactivate. The client is not aware of any other admin user, if it exists.  We have done salesfroce to Ducisgn integration using Salesforce Docusign App. Can anyone please help, How can I get access to dosucisgn admin.

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

The only available option to access this user would be by accessing it’s inbox. If the email address was already deactivated, but the email domain related to it is still active, it’s administrator can assist in gaining access to it by recreating the address, or by forwarding the emails sent to it to an active email.
