I’m leaving the employer.  We have only one user/admin.  How do I transfer the user/admin name to my replacement?

I understand that you are looking to change your user’s credentials, and I will share the steps to accomplish your goal. The first step in this process would be changing your user’s name and email address and to the one owned by your replacement, this can be done in Manage Profile>Email Address/Name>Update. Once that has been taken care of, your replacement may reset their password by following the steps provided below:
