Not receiving emails from expired links, also not getting new links to sign documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe receipients list but this has made no difference.

Are you getting the envelopes to your Docusign account? if yes could you provide the envelope ID for one of the envelopes?

I am not getting the resent email for an expired doc
