I am the owner of the envelope and I cannot correct the envelope. I mistyped the email of the second signer. The second party already signed so it would look very unprofessional if I need to ask for resign.

See attachment. When “correct” is clicked, this error appears: “Unable to access the envelope.”

Why? Please help.

I’m assuming you have two signers and first recipients has already signed it. Has the first recipient also added an attachment? If that’s the case, the attachment will first have to be removed by the recipient.

Yes, two signers. First one signed, but no attachment added from his end.

Thanks again for follow through. Actually I watched your video and the issue was that I was on a free plan. In the video its mentioned that only paid customers can see the “correct” option working. Thanks for helping out though.
