Hello all, 

 

We are tryting to see how docusign works at diffrent devices.

On windows and android there is a frame with numbers along with the signature.

Every iphone user that tried it doesnt have it , can it be enabled ? and if not how can someone verify that it was signed by docusign?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand you your iOS user when they get sign an envelope there is no Docusign frame.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, can you provide more information?

Are you sending the envelopes from the same account?

Are you using the same recipient for each device?

Can you provide an example Envelope ID?
