HelloWe accidentally set a retention period, which means that many documents will soon be deleted. The retention period has now been reset, but the documents still have the status that they are being deleted. How can that be repaired?

(Basic free plan) Can you as the sender, opt out of receiving a copy of the signed document? Because we sending forms that require SS#, I'd rather upload the document from our Docusign account. An email always includes an attachment of the signed document that includes all of the sensitive information

Conditional Logic with Multiple Radio button options

I have a situation where I have a radio button group of 5 radio items, lets call them option A, B, C, D, E, F.At the bottom of the page, I have 50 fields, such as checkboxes, text boxes, etc. I would like to setup a condition so that the 50 fields show up to the user ONLY when the user checks Option C at the top. With your current conditional logic tools, I can show those 50 fields based on 1 radio button choice, but in this scenario, I would like to hide the 50 fields based on Option C, and show them based on Options A, B, D, E, F.Please assist as I cannot find anything on this topic so far. Thanks

Hey is there a way to change the Emailadress in the “answer to” field when sending out a contract to sign? or disable the “answer to” completely?The Email I have registered is our companies general Order mail. All emails for the contracts should go to and from a specific email.

Horrendous support for Checkbox Group Validation defects

For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”, or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. To make it worse, the Start/Next button function individually highlights each and every checkboxes in the group during the signing process.I have shown this issue via screen sharing three times now, and thereafter the support team fails to send the issue to development, fails to update the ticket, and then sends me an email days later asking if I am still having an issue.This has been an endless cycle of the following:The issue is shown to support via a screen sharing session. I changed the name on my account in my profile but it’s still showing my middle name when I send the document to be signed. How do I remove this?This is not the signature name, it’s the name that appears From: when I send emails with documents to sign.

Changing signature when person signs in three different capacities

Hello, I need to sign the same document in three different capacities, meaning three different signatures for me including one under a power of attorney for a relative. But when I click on and open the document, my Docusign signature defaults to the one I use for myself and not the one I have adopted that includes a POA designation typed after my name. I don’t get an option to select which of my three signatures to use when I first open the doc. How can I toggle between the three signatures, as appropriate? Thank you for helping!

Not receiving signed documents

I am having this happen with two envelopes. Both signers have signed the documents, but I have received nothing back. One emailed me a copy of the Docusigned document - it all looks correctly signed. But the history of the envelope still says ‘Needs to Sign’. I have received nothing back.

Hello,We do some post processing of signed documents and we noticed that one customer has e-signature picture/stamp rendered as Annotation with type Stamp: /Subtype /Stamp /Type /AnnotHowever, all other customers including our dev account render e-signature as image object/Subtype /Image /Type /XObject My question: is there any setting that controls this behavior? Or is it some regional differences?Thank you.

HELP!!! I am trying to locate a VERY important document that I signed from my landlord on your site. I don't know where to look on Docusign. It's a copy of my lease agreement. How to stop docusign from requiring a signature from the sender

Hello,I’m guessing that there is a way to specify that the sender doesn’t need to sign an envelope, but I’m not seeing where to specify that.There is another member of our organization who is added a recipient who will sign, but we don’t both need to sign.Thanks!

Hate new view how to go back to old view

Does anyone know if we can go back to the old view in esignature Agreements. The new view takes up to much space causing me to scroll to see everything. I have multiple folders on the left that I file completed envelopes in, I send documents for 10 different companies. With the update I can’t see the folders without constantly having to scroll and then click the Show More.

A licensed DS Sender is being told in DocuSign that they have no available envelopes and need to upgrade. Currently we have 366 of 1700 envelopes sent. I did open a support ticket but was hoping to find a quicker resolve for our user.

Customer Service Number ???

Is there a phone number available for me to call to discuss a billing matter? And where can I find said number, I’ve navigated your entire website and have not been able to locate it. For a company as sizable as yours this should not be an issue. And I should be able to speak with a customer rep at a moment's notice and not take 45mins trying to locate a number to call.

Not getting docusign emails

Not receiving emails from expired links, also not getting new links to sign documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe receipients list but this has made no difference.

Hello Docusign/Salesforce integration users, As I know, When the document is completed and signed by all signers, Docusign will writeback this document to the standard related lists “Files” or “Notes and Attachments” under the salesforce record. Can this feature be customized and Docusign writebacks the completed file to another custom object or this is not supported? Thanks.
