I have looked at the docusign payment plans and none is suitable for me given I send over 100+ envelopes on a yearly basis.
Are there custom made annual plans that can suit my requirements? of say 200+ envelopes?

You can simply add a second seat, as every seat comes with 100 envelopes per year. You do not need to add a second user to assign that seat. You can use all envelopes from a single user account - no problem.
