1st photo you can see i don’t have access to create a powerform. 2nd photo is a different template i have created a powerform for. 3rd photo is the recipients for the template i’m not able to create a powerform for.

I’ve read everything there is to about how to do this and can’t figure it out. I’ve created many powerforms in the past but it seems like something has changed. maybe with the new UI updates? 

Hey - I had the same issue and just figured it out. 

I was using the new template builder…..so I made a copy and switched back to classic deleting all the fields i’d set and replacing them. 

That fixed it for me! Hope this helps
