Is it possible to utilize Doc Sign for daily attendance records in a training environment? such as making a QR code for the students to scan in and out ect  Can Doc Sign also be used for inductions and safety briefings by incorporating links or videos into the document and only allowing them to move forward in the document once they have undertaken the link or watch the video ect ?Could you kindly provide me with a link for accessibility purposes for individuals requiring support or adjustments when using Doc Sign or where i can fin this on here ? any other links or referrals would be great for me as a vocational trainer  thank you 

Hi,  all the recipients have completed their except one of them who is going to put his wet-ink signature.  What would happen, if I remove that one recipient, would my document going to be marked as completed.

Our company have a domain name change and our employees had their email domain names change also. Is it possible to add another email address to a user as both the old domain name and new domain name are active email addresses for our users in docusign?

Hi All,I’m looking for a way to make the expiration dates dynamic when using DocuSign for Salesforce.  Ideally the expiration date would be a custom date field on an opportunity.  I have found this documentation in regards to setting a RES parameter in the URLFOR() function, but this is related to envelope templates rather than gen templates.  Our Gen document rules are a bit complex so looking for a way to pass the RES parameter to the Gen templates which will then pass to the related envelope template.https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=srl1586134368658&topicId=nxl1649872087756.html&_LANG=enusOur current process uses a custom button which calls a screen flow and at the end of the flow we will generate a DocuSign based on data inputs from the flow using URLFOR().Thanks,James 

We have recently upgraded to be able to use the Document Visibility function, which is great. However, I’ve hit a problem - if an envelope recipient is CC (Receives A Copy), the default is that they can see all docs in the envelope. There will be times when we want to hide certain docs from them - for example, where the CC recipient is outside our organisation and the envelope contains some internal information. We know that we can change the visibility for the CC, but it’s a manual task that the Sender has to remember to do. Is there a way to set the default Document Visibility settings for a CC to “off” rather than “on”?Thanks in advance!

I am trying to create a template that utilizes logic on a pulldown menu. We have a new company name, how can I change the Default eSignature Account name to the new name?

I have one person that needs to sign multiple versions (approx. 80) of the “same” document (same form, different details on each form). Is there a way to apply the signature once and then it be applied to all of them at once instead of having to go through the envelope to sign the document 80 times? (The same question for adding the date and title of person)

When in the signature page, after entering name & title, there is a dated field that can be filled out as well but sometimes the clients get the date wrong. I am aware there is a timestamp date at the bottom that auto-populates, but is it possible for the dated field to also auto-populate instead of having to manually key in?

I had many more signed agreements in my docusign folder and they were in category files I had created and now they are gone. What happened and can I get them restored.

After reviewing and following the “how to create a hyperlink” instructions, my co-workers and I tested to see if there are multiple signers can everyone view the hyperlinks. However, we discovered that once the first person signs the documents the rest of the signers are unable to view the hyperlinks.How can we set it up so that everyone at anytime can view the hyperlinks? I am trying to sign a contract with DocuSign but, once I complete the procedure, it asks for a digital certificate. I wanted to know whether the Aruba service OTP mobile option is compatible and gives the digital certificate needed by DocuSign. If not, which are the other alternatives for those living in Italy?

I sent docs to a signer to be signed as a power of attorney.  In the recipient information, I entered the name as “John Doe, POA for Jane Doe”.  But when the document was e-signed, it only appears as “John Doe” on the page.  I really need that POA title to appear with the signature on the PDF documents.  Help!  

Is it possible to let the recipient edit specific fields (for example, some personal details regarding a contract) in the document before signing?

I can see the watermark on the images (wich is ok cause not everyone has signed) but why when i Download the document the watermark disapears on the PDF downloaded? 

 I did not find that option on my settings. Please advice.

I have a form where I have an evaluation attached, the user is required to answer a series of questions by choose 1 of 4 options per question and then tally up the total number of checkboxes chosen. Is this possible in a template? I know that there is a formula option but that seems to only be for numbers and dates that are being pulled into my template through a salesforce integration. The evaluations are solely in docusign and handed off to a provider after the client has gone through all of the consent forms. 

Signed a contract to lease solar panels. Several times i signed. Company never sent anyone to my house to eyeball job. I crawled around my attic and around my house to take pics of my house.Also took pics of fusebox and outside wall where electric meter is. 2 or 3 months after contract was signed, i found out that the company forged my signature to a amendment to my contract. I had refused to pay it or agree because of leasing solar. This was for a electricle line going from solar to fuse box, cost 2400. I said i am leasing solar panels, you said i wouldnt have to pay any installation. They are getting reimbursement from gov for installation.

I sent a docusign for signature and the first person has already signed. Now the second person is not available to sign so i need to change the email address so it can do to the person who is available to sign. How can i change the email signatures?

Hello DocuSign Community!We've recently implemented DocuSign Enterprise in our organization and I'm looking for some guidance on customizing an eSignature workflow. Our process involves credit/lending memos that require signatures from our executive team.Here's the setup we need:We have 6 executives who are eligible to sign each memo. The memo is considered approved after 3 signatures, but all 6 executives should still have the chance to sign or ignore it (not sign) within a set timeframe (X days). We require the DocuSign envelope to remain open for the entire duration, even after reaching the minimum 3 signatures, to audit the actions of all 6 signers. A specific individual will manage sending and collecting the document. The envelope should only close after X days or through manual intervention by this person. The final document, with the recorded actions of all 6 signers, will be sent back for our records after the envelope closes.I'm trying to figure out the best way to configure t

Hello, Wanting to know if the envelope is circulating and a couple of people have approved and/or signed, what happens when there’s a change within the document? When the document is revised, can it be uploaded again to the existing envelope and add the people who have already approved and/or signed to do the step again without voiding the initial envelope or do you have to void the initially envelope and start over?
