Hi, how can i send a document to a contact saved in my account? Other 2 questions:Why the Windows App doesn’t works? maybe it need an active subscription? it doesn’t work in the trial mode? Is it possibile to eliminate the check with “i’m the only subscriber?” it only wastes my time…Thanks

Sent client documents and she has not gotten anything from docu-sign.  I verified her email address. I voided the original package and resent the documents again.  She did receive the email from docu-sign that the package had been voided on the same email I verified, but did not receive the new package for her to sign??!!  How do I get this sent to her because I know it is a good email?!

Hi,When sending an envelope to a signatory and before signing, how can I prevent the signatory from downloading the document in PDF or printing the document in PDF? I unchecked the "Allow recipients to sign on paper" option but by testing it is still possible that the signer can download the document in PDF or print the document in PDF. I would like him to only be able to download the document after signing it.Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I have a text field that is validated as a date MM/dd/yyyy for the signer to enter.  I am having trouble creating a formula that will add 6 months to the date entered by the signer.   There is not much information online that specifies how to do this.  I have tried using the autocomplete to help create a formula and that is not working either. 

I am just learning DocuSign by testing out the free version.  Can you tell me if DocuSign University is free to paid members? Or is there a cost? Thank youPat

Hi all, just started using DocuSign. I signed a document with a client in the room with me using the “in person signer’ function. I also entered the client’s email when prompted at the beginning of the session. However, the client’s email didn’t appear on the certificate once it was all submitted. Is this normal, or did I do something wrong?This is an issue, as I then forwarded the client’s signed document to a third party, who rejected the document because it had no email of the signer listed anywhere, so their response was that they had no way of knowing who signed the form.Any help would be appreciated.

I sent an envelope with several recipients, myself first and my customer second, to whom I was sending a contract to complete and sign.When the envelope reached the customer and he clicked on the button to access the contract, the screen asked him to access Docusign to view it.This doesn't make any sense and I think this is the first time this has happened to us. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I am a frequent user of Docusign and it is the first time I am receiving this message after reviewing the document sent by someone for signature, initialling it, signing it and clicking on “Continue”.I have asked the sender several times to re-send the link and the message keeps popping every time.I have tried changing browsers and using a mobile interface… same again!Any idea anyone?ThanksLaurent

ListStatusChanges is returning only 1000 envelopes result set as of 2/9/2024.  I'm trying to set the Count and Start_position, but so far only getting 1000 envelopes.  This has been working for over 2 years.  Has something changed?  Is setting the count and start_position a new work-around?  Thanks.

Hi,We just set up an automatic reminder on all our envelopes a few days ago.We still have around 150 envelopes which are still pending others to sign and which where send before we set up the automatic reminder.How do I get those envelopes in the automatic reminder ‘cycle’. Can I use the button correct or resend? Or do we need the send a whole new envelope to those people?Thanks!

Travel form.  When the traveler returns the form needs to be reconciled.  One of the boxes has amount which may $0 or greater.  If the amount is >0 then we need the budget manager to complete the docusign, however if the amount blank or zero then I want the form to bypass the BM.  Is this possible?  The other thing is the amount is not attached to the BM as its reconciled by a different person.

Is there a way to adjust a document if it is scanned in crooked?

I created a Web Form based on a Power Form template. If I update my Power Form, will those changes be automatically reflected in my Web Form that uses that specific Power Form template?

When creating an envelope, we entered the Docusign box on the PDF area where we wanted to have both the date of approval and a signature. This works fine with all normal PDFs, but we have now certain technical PDFs (farmaceutical artwork mock-ups) where the approval date is plotted 10 cms apart from where it was intended upon “signing” the document. Could anybody please shed some light on what properties in these PDFs  could be responsible for this phenomenon? If we “print-to-pdf” these received PDF documents first, this phenomenon can be avoided, but then of course, we lose quite some PDF document properties. Please advise.

I frequently utilize the DocuSign Approve button within my envelopes. However, one issue of concern pertains to the Approval Action displayed in the Summary Report (Certificate of Completion). Currently, it only indicates that the action was completed without specifying that it was an Approval Action. I feel the summary report should show the signer action as Approved and DocuSign should consider this as an enhancement

Greetings,I’m trying to use the bulk send functionality to create and send multiple contracts that require custom fields based on the recipient. The bulk send sounds perfect for that.I’ve created a template with one Role named Employee and a few fields for testing (one text, one number), changed the Data Labels on both to Titula and Plata respectivally. After saving the Template, I click on Use → Bulk Send → Upload CSV and when uploading the CSV I get an error message with the custom fields specified.The CSV looks like this:Employee::Name,Employee::Email,Employee::Plata,Employee::Titulavalue,value@value.com,1234,Test It pulls the Name and Email correctly, it ignores the other two. Any ideas?   

Hello, I have established a group within DocuSign for the purpose of sending envelopes. I am interested in automating the process of envelope creation using Power Automate. However, I have encountered an issue where the "Add recipient to an envelope v2" action does not provide an option to select a group as the recipient, only individual users.I would like to know if it is indeed possible to utilize Power Automate to send envelopes to an existing group.Thank you for your assistance.Power Automate action screenshot (image edited to remove personal information)

I need to send PDF image files of packaging to get approved. Docusign reduces the image quality to the point where it is sometimes unreadable. Also, when viewed on a mobile device some PDF layers are completely removed. Is there a setting so I can have full resolution PDFs? I want dousing to work for creative departments.

A co-worker emailed me an unsigned agreement that had a DocuSign Envelope ID on it and I’m trying to find the signed copy of the agreement.  The co-worker doesn’t have it, and the vendor isn’t responding.  Is there a way to determine which account or email initiated the signing process using the envelope ID?

What signer role would be able to see where each signer supposed to signs?  Ideally in our office we would like to have it like this.   I fill out the forms and tab the signatures for whoever has to sign.  Then our office manager would review the document to see if any errors and any errors on who is to sign and where they are supposed to sign.Then the document comes back to me if she sees that changes are neededThen once the document is updated, send it to the client.   Not sure if there is a workflow for that or if there is any easier way to do it.  Any help would be appreciated.ThanksEric
