How do I release an agent from our brokerage DocuSign?

 Hello,I am new to using Docusign and I am having trouble with the connectors for it in Power Automate. I have a document (or envelope?) that when a particular radio button/check box is checked, I would like a different document/envelope/template to be sent to a different individual.I think I know how the flow needs to work, but I'm not sure what connectors and field entries between Power Automate and Docusign will get it to work.An envelope is completed List Docusign templates Conditional - check if the template ID of the template I want checks the template ID of the envelope If True: Get custom data field (I'm not sure what I info I need to get from Docusign for my checkbox field or my email field) Conditional - check if field is equal to TRUE? Yes? Marked? If True: create envelope using template and send to recipient listed in email field (not entirely sure about this one last step).Another option would be to have the envelope rerouted to the email field person to finish signing. If

I am trying to change my email address and when I type in the new email address, en error message comes up saying “This security information you are trying ro add is already registered.” How do I resolve this?Thanks.Basak

I need a way to count how many Clickwraps our account has used. I did see the article on signing insights but that only provides the last 30 days. Can I pull a report as an org admin to obtain this information?

Hi everyone,Since we are a company using DocuSign eSignature for business applications (like contract or quality management) in SharePoint Online, we are wondering, if the SharePoint Add-In and Azure ACS retirement in Microsoft 365 (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/sp-add-ins/add-ins-and-azure-acs-retirements-faq) will effect the integration of DocuSign and SharePoint.It would be great to get an official statement how this one is handled by DocuSign, so we can discuss possible options with our customers.Thanks for an answer in advanced!Best regards,Johannes 

When I send a document, the recipient no longer has access to it about a week after they sign it. Is there any way to change the access expiration for recipients on signed documents?

Hi Everyone,I have one requirement where there are two approvals, one is client and other is organization approval. Approval is handled using digital signature using docusign.Now I am able to capture both signatures from the required delegates, but the 2nd signature which I require to be automatic.Like I want the docusign signature there, but I don’t want any person to sign it, I wanted to be automatic.How can I acheive it. Hi guys, I am running into this error code: The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.The action “when an envelope status changes” throws this error.Is this a “not admin in Docusign” or “not admin in PowerAutomate” error? There are no further information given.A few weeks ago, this action was normally running. 

Would be grateful if somebody could help me with the below issue with template matching. I am one of the admin users for our organisations DocuSign account, I have set up all the templates to be used by the non-admin users at the company and these are all accessible via shared folders. At the moment I am the only one who has the ability when sending a new envelope and uploading a new document, the template matching features comes up with the option for me to choose from relevant templates when the standard users on the account follow this process the template matching feature does not show can anyone advise how I can resolve this. Just to confirm I have checked that all templates are visible to all users via the shared folders and I have made sure to mark them all as ‘included in matching’ Thanks for your help

Hello, there are multiple internal departments that need to view and APPROVE the document/envelope (not to sign it just approve it). My understanding is once the recipient opens the document, the envelope then moves to the next person in line. Is this correct? I need the recipient to APPROVE the envelope before it goes to the next person and then in the end go to signatory. Can you please confirm process? Thanks

Whenever I am sent a document to sign, I have to press "Next" in DocuSign before I can sign it so that I can access the signature field. Can I switch this off? Thank you.

Hi All,We have DocuSign E-Signature, used within Salesforce. Are any of you aware of how to suppress certain Opp Line Items from a gen template? They would be removed based on a picklist field on the Opp Line Item. If the picklist had a certain value they should not be included in any of the product tables and should also not be included in the total price at the end. I came across this but I believe this is only for CLM: SuppressTableRow Merge Tag (docusign.com) Thanks,Ella

Hello. I am a Realtor and got a eSigned document (pdf). It has a DocuSign Envelope ID. I have doubts that it was signed by the persona that the Sender states.  I requested the validation certificate, but the sender refused to provide it … making me even more suspicious.  Can I get the certificate and Audit Trail with the envelope ID knowing that I am not party to the DocuSign session?How can I get this if the sender refuses to provide it?Thanks

Hello, I am trying to send an envelope to a client but need it to go through multiple levels of internal reviews and approvals. I don’t want the client to see the list of approvals who are all copied in the envelope. Is there a way to hide this from the overall audit trail in the ‘Summary’ that gets sent with the signed envelope? 

I have an offer to purchase. The buyer missed one initial and one term was changed for which he needs to add an initial. I’ve uploaded the file but docusign isn’t providing the inserts, in this case, initials only to place in the document. What do I do?Thanks TIm

Sent client documents and she has not gotten anything from docu-sign.  I verified her email address. I voided the original package and resent the documents again.  She did receive the email from docu-sign that the package had been voided on the same email I verified, but did not receive the new package for her to sign??!!  How do I get this sent to her because I know it is a good email?!

Hi,When sending an envelope to a signatory and before signing, how can I prevent the signatory from downloading the document in PDF or printing the document in PDF? I unchecked the "Allow recipients to sign on paper" option but by testing it is still possible that the signer can download the document in PDF or print the document in PDF. I would like him to only be able to download the document after signing it.Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I have a text field that is validated as a date MM/dd/yyyy for the signer to enter.  I am having trouble creating a formula that will add 6 months to the date entered by the signer.   There is not much information online that specifies how to do this.  I have tried using the autocomplete to help create a formula and that is not working either. 

I am just learning DocuSign by testing out the free version.  Can you tell me if DocuSign University is free to paid members? Or is there a cost? Thank youPat

Hi all, just started using DocuSign. I signed a document with a client in the room with me using the “in person signer’ function. I also entered the client’s email when prompted at the beginning of the session. However, the client’s email didn’t appear on the certificate once it was all submitted. Is this normal, or did I do something wrong?This is an issue, as I then forwarded the client’s signed document to a third party, who rejected the document because it had no email of the signer listed anywhere, so their response was that they had no way of knowing who signed the form.Any help would be appreciated.

I sent an envelope with several recipients, myself first and my customer second, to whom I was sending a contract to complete and sign.When the envelope reached the customer and he clicked on the button to access the contract, the screen asked him to access Docusign to view it.This doesn't make any sense and I think this is the first time this has happened to us. Does anyone know why this is happening?
