I do not have the option to drop documents to get started

I’m sorry to hear that the interface is not as expected. I understand you are not able to see the option to drop your documents to start your envelope.

 

This could be due to several reasons, which are listed below:

 

• The DocuSign Admin removed the option to upload documents within your permission profile. If that’s the case, you will need to contact the DocuSign Admin at your company to review your User Profile settings.  Permission Profile Options

• You’re logged into the wrong account. Please confirm that you are logging into the correct account with the proper email address and password. 

• Some accounts are configured for users to utilize templates to send envelopes. In this case, you would also need to contact your DocuSign Admin.
