No new envelopes

Hello

 

I’m currenlty using “Personal” annual service plan.

 

It’s already August, a new month but there’s no new envelopes that i can use - showing “0 Sends left”.

 

is there anyone who can advise?

Your envelopes ‘refresh’ monthly on the day you opened the account (ie: if you signed up on June 10 - then your envelopes would refresh July 10, August 10… etc). It may be that you haven’t reached your specific date.

If you have, I’d contact customer support and see if they have any insight.
