The last couple of days when sending DocuSign to more than two receipts - the first recipient will receive the email to sign and then the second recipient will not receive the email for a few hours (or unless I “resend” it).

 

The box is NOT checked with a preference of who signs when.

 

Is anyone else having this problem?

As you mentioned “The box is NOT checked with a preference of who signs when” that means you did NOT set the “Signing Order” right?
And in order to understand the senecio can you provide the screenshot of how you are setting the recipient please.

Correct, there is no signing order set. I’m attaching screenshots.


That means all three recipients getting the document to sign at the “Same Time” and there is not first or second signer at all. 
You can try putting your three different email addresses and test it out.

If you are sending envelop without the signing order, then all the recipients are receiving the email for signature at the same time. It means either other recipients are missing the mail, or it is a bug. And for the you can create a support ticket.
