I need certain reports to refresh daily without having to manually update the end date for the date range I’m looking at in the report. One of my reports needs to show the quarter, for example January 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024. Current options:Rolling Date Range - this looks back X days and looks back too far. If X = 90 and today is 3/26/2024, the system returns dates prior to January 1, 2024. This is not an optimal solution. Custom Date Range - this looks at the date I want/need, but requires manually updating every day. The system doesn’t allow for the inclusion of future dates. This is also not an optimal solution.I need a way to not have to manually update custom range, but have it be rolling or inclusive of the entire time period even if some of the dates in the period are in the future.

 I have been getting this message on a document in my tasks when trying to send out for review and counterparty review. When I click on the document it says work item does not exist or you do not have access to it.Please help I do not understand why this is happening. what can I do in order for this not to happen again to other documents. Also, is there a way to fix this.Some documents have worked fine.Also, what is the difference between sending out for external review vs counter party review.Thank you

Hi, Is it possible to check the current template in a CLM template and then show language on the output document?For example, I’d like to have the following conditions in both “MSA” and “Amendment” templates. However, I’d like to show the required wording based on the current template name.If current template = “MSA” show “This is an MSA”If current template = “Amendment” show“This is an Amendment” Thanks.

Is it possible that the recipient download the original file format and not only a PDF version?

How do I change an attribute question on the CLM “Generate Contract” intake form, which, depending on the response to the questions is routed for an approval in the workflow? Will changing just the text in this question (not changing the routing/mapping) create issues with routing through the workflow? I have tried updating the attribute question in the CLM Admin page, which does not allow me to input past a certain amount of text and also if updated in the CLM Admin section does not update the question on the initial “Generate Contract” intake form. 

Hello everyone. We’re using CLM mostly for a repository where wet signed contracts are uploaded. I’m trying to figure out what’s the best way to handle a contract expiring and either an additional term being approved, or a new contract being entered. Should we just upload a new version and changed the dates? Or should we upload the contract for the new year as an entirely different document? If its just an extension where a new contract isn’t signed, do we just update the expiration dates?

We have standard contract language that needs to be cut and pasted into documents regularly,. I am wondering if we can create a custom field that contains that text that can be easily inserted into a document as a “field”. I started down the stamp path, but couldn’t get to the point that it was a viable option.  The word/space count is 310, so it isn’t that big.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

Good morning,  I’ve created a template and all the fields that I have populated are in the template. But when I go to use the template, the last page of the document, all of the fields are no longer there. If I edit the template without the matching document, the fields are still present. The signee roles are still there, but the fields in which they need to sign/initial/upload a document have all disappeared from the one page. Any help would be greatly appreciated

My dad is tired of doing hand written invoices for his automotive business. He wants to fill out a preloaded PDF invoice on his windows 10 computer. He then wants the customer to look over look the invoice and sign it all on a tablet that’s synced with the computer. He prefers the sync setup, between the computer and tablet, to be dependent of a USB wired connection and not WiFi (nor internet).How can i help my dad achieve this through DocuSign?

Dear Team,  we encounter a strange error. We are generating CSV files from our system that we load to docusing to bulk send. This worked flowlessly until today. there is a new look and during validation it shows that there are some errors. Unfortunately these errors are not presented, so I do not know what to fix.  Even stranger, I tried to delete a few entries from the CSV and it seems to generate the errors in random. IF I upload the whole file i get 5 errors,  if I delete row 1-20 i get around 4 error, but if I bring back 1-20 and delete 21-40 it gives 3 errors. (SO from my calculation if i get 5 error in the whole CSV I should get only5 error in total when I delete some records… Could you help my?BestMartin

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a user profile type that would be restricted to sending certain templated document types set by the administrator? For example:Setting a sales profile where they can only send templated order forms Or any other way to restrict a profile from sending any random documents without them having been reviewed? Additionally, is there a way to ensure that a certain email remains on receives a copy for every document send from a certain profile type? For Example:The above sales profile shouldn’t be able to remove legal from cc on any documents sent

I received a document and adopted the signature but I’m needing to add a title to the end of it.  When I update my signature in my account, it’s still using the original signature, not the updated one.  Please advise. 

Good day all, I hope you can assist.Our company uses DocuSign to sign up new clients. After all relevant parties have signed and the completed agreement is received, we manually send out an email to welcome the client with our company profile as an attachment. Is there a way to set up DocuSign so that it sends out the welcome email as an automated mail to all signatories after the contract has been signed? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I am new to Docusign.  I created a lease for my tenant to sign and sent it to him.  He signed it and sent it back.  Now I need to sign it as well and send him the final copy with both signatures; however, I cannot figure out how to add my signature at this point.  How do I do this?

What does Auto Responded mean?  I recieved a notification of bad e-address and corrected the address but I don't think it was re-sent to the correct address.
