I am a paralegal for an IP Law Firm and use DocuSign to request the signature of the inventors on formal documents. I would say i log in at least every week. Today I log in and it looks entirely different. I don’t see any of the pending signature requests. I don’t see any of my templates. Has there been am update?

How can the recipient of an envelope change their signature after they have already adopted a signature?

Hello everyone.I would like to setup a meaningful rights role concept.I would like to have users who are “only” allowed to send simple signatures, but cannot make any other settings.There should be 3 users who can also send qualified electronic signatures, while others cannot. I would also like users to be able to send letters exclusively via API.Can this be done with the setting?Thanks - and have nice weekend

Good afternoon,  I’ve just signed up for the eSignature Business Pro plan and when I am attempting to add a new user by going into Settings → Users → Add User, the “Add User” button disappears as the page is completing the loading process. A message popped up for a brief second wrapped in a yellow box that said something about adding a second admin account and that disappeared as well. I’ve added the screenshot I was able to capture.  Why do both of these items disappear when the page fully loads?

I've been told if I upload an editable version on the tax file declaration form into docusign it populates the fields that need to be filled in by the employee.I can't find an editable version though. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi all,I have the lastest version of Android on a Samsung S23 Ultra. When I login to the app, I can do nothing...can’t type, select, scroll, it just freezes. Also when I try to use it on the mobile Chrome browser, I cannot submit anything once I’ve entered it (i.e. send a template in an envelope), no button to actually send. Has anyone else experienced this? The app is totally useless to me on mobile. Thanks,Mary K. 

What are the best ways to manage the already created External accounts (Credit card, Purchase Order etc). Though we can close the ‘free’ accounts, it is not possible to close the accounts which was purchased using Credit card/Purchase Order accounts.What is the best way to close these external accounts, especially when the employee is no longer part of the organization and it is not possible to access their e-mails.

I am new with DocuSign, but have a question, in the past I've told people that we should not accept our documents that customers sign using the customer's DS account.  For instance, we mail or email a document for their signature, and they use their DS to electronically sign it.  I have not accepted those because I was afraid that, in the event of a dispute in the future, I might have problems obtaining the audit information from DS since it wasn't my account.   am I right to take that stance?

How do I change the email that I use to log into my account? I have tried through profile settings - it sends a verification code to the correct e-mail address, but when I enter the code an error message pops up. I have tried logging out but no luck,

Hi there, I have never had this problem before, but now, I can’t move the signing box on the page to the position I want.  Normally use Apple Pencil but nothing works, it positions on the page and unmoveable.

I would like to send a Bulk send with customized documents for each recipient. Is that possible? If not, could I share a standardized document and add a custom field to the template which would be populated by info that I add to the bulk CSV upload?

If i create a template and share it with other users, I am notified of its completion along with the document itself. Is there a way to prevent this happening? I am the admin and want to create templates to share with my user groups and not have them alter them, but for internal compliance purposes I should not have visibility to the completed documents themselves. 

We are a Non-Profit looking to streamline the process of visitors signing a Hold Harmless Agreement upon entering our facility.  I am looking to see if DocuSign has the correct format for us where we can upload a document and have multiple people sign the form without uploading it again and again.  Most forms will be signed in person but some will be sent in bulk groups.  Could someone assist with describing this process before we commit to the program?

Hi all. I need to purchase Docusing service, but I can’t. They say that I need to put valid postal code. I know my zip code (Lithuanian), it is valid, but Docusing keeps saying it is not. I need to send envelopes ASAP. HELP to solve this. 

I can no longer find the Manage documents tab that I used to find under ESignature when I log in.   

My company is under the original SpringCM platform and it sounds as though we would need to migrate over to the CLM.DS platform in order to utilize some of the new add-ons/tools. I tried finding information how what the migration would entail but haven’t found anything. Has anyone gone through this migration yet? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a business pro account, and I have the signer attachments setting enabled. But when I create an envelope or use a template, the option is not available to me. I have both settings turned on.What am I doing wrong?

Hi!I have some documents that have two signers with different timezones and the documents are showing my timezone and date format on the “date signed” field for both signers.Is it possible to have different timezones and date formats in the same document? If yes, how do I set my account or the document so the “date signed” field shows the signer’s timezone and date format and not mine?Thank you!

After logging into DocuSign, we noticed a new logo. After gaining access to my profile page, I am unable to gain access to the central DocuSign page where we would normally go, to upload documents for client signatures. It seems like all I have access to, are the setting options (privacy & security / connected Apps / ect). If someone could help out, and provide instructions on where to go to start a new DocuSign package to send out to clients, it would be greatly appreciated.
