unable to add a new user, our plan we are on should be up to 50 users. currently no button to be able to add any new users. have tried al of the following with no changePlease follow the troubleshooting steps.1. Clear cache/cookies2. Try a different browser(s)3. Incognito, go to account.docusign.com4. Different device5. Different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.

Hello everyone, we are trying to send a document via mass mailing (approx. 70 people), which is to be filled out and signed individually by each person. It is a power of attorney in which everyone adds their name, the name of the authorised person and the signature. We would therefore like to receive 70 completed documents back afterwards. Is this possible and if so, how? Thank you for your help.

When signing a document from our work corporate mail registered to the domain - documents cannot be signed because the following message appears - (Identification cannot be started. Another identification for this Envelope is in progress. Please try again shortly).

I cannot get a form to go to our subscribers as DocuSign wants me sign first which is unnecessary. Background info we have a credit card form that only needs the receiver/signer to complete. We do not need to do anything with the form on our end.

Hiya!  Is there a way to configure this integration/connector so that when a user initiates an envelope (or template) directly from Docusign, that it DOESN”T also feed into salesforce, or alternatively, to set it up so that it feeds into salesforce only if you could somehow include an opportunity ID in the envelope?  We have users who work on both revenue transactions as well as vendor transactions, and we don’t want the vendor transactions to upload into SFDC.  Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Our team experienced a critical issue in going live from our developer app to our production app. API calls that worked seamlessly on sandbox failed on production. It appears that a feature, Enable In-Browser Editor, was missing on production, similar to the error reported here. We are incredulous as to why the feature would have been enabled in the sandbox but not in our production instance, if the sandbox was set up by the DocuSign team. An issue like this renders the GoLive instructions useless, if performed in a sandbox that cannot mirror production. In order to prevent a problem like this in the future, is it possible to expose the enabled features in the sandbox in order to cross-reference with production?We are also looking for clarification on which features are enabled for developer environments by default (developer apps) when configured by DocuSign on behalf of customers or if these are specific to each customer’s agreement.  Thanks 

Hi,Looking through my summary (Certificate of Completion) and the signed document itself, I cannot find any evidence of the Signer ID. I can see the envelope ID and IP addresses. The Signatures Panel also nothing on the signer’s ID. Where can I find this data? Thanks. David

The scenario described by the business: the legal team is responsible for managing the e-contract signing processes via DocuSign, and in parallel provide the status of the signing progress to their internal stakeholder. The process of updating the stakeholders is done manually, and time consuming for the legal team, as a result, the legal team wants their internal stakeholders (with no access to DocuSign) to receive email notification each time there is a change in the e-signing process/status. By default, all notification are turned on, and it doesn't fulfil the business needs.Receives a copy - How can we utilize this to ensure at each stage of the transaction, the internal stakeholders will receive notification once each of the recipients actions on the envelope, consider a scenario we have 4 recipients to receive an envelope as shown below:Recipient 1 - Needs to Sign - Notification to be sent once document is SignedRecipient 2 - Needs to View - Notification to be sent once document

Hi All,Novice docusign user over here.I’m running a very small (~24 people) proof of concept for a medical device software application.  As such, we need to gather informed consent from participants in a manner that they can refer back to the document in the future if need be.  I’m trying to make the informed consent experience as seamless as possible with as few steps as possible.  I have a few things I’m struggling with if anyone can help me out.Am I able to generate a link from docusign that would take a patient straight to a template version of the informed consent document without having to create a login?  Ideally, we would have a link that people could use to access the document, they can review and if they approve they can input their name, signature & email address.  Afterwards, we’d have the informed consent on our end & the patient would receive an email version of the document.I appreciate any help you can provide!Thomas

 Hi,I have 2 dropdowns.I want a text box to show a different output based on what the requestor chooses in the 2 dropdowns.Say the requestor chooses CITIBANK in dropdown 1, and EURO in dropdown 2I want the text box to say “CITIBANK EUR BANK DETAILS ARE 123546456”In Excel, it would be something like “If(AND(A1=”CITIBANK, B1=”EUR”),<details>,0)I can’t seem to figure out the logic required to do this using the DocuSign conditional fields and formula fields. I’m using a template and I’ve filled out all necessary fields but when i click on the “sign” and “initials” to sign and initial my name nothing is appearing in fact I can’t sign my name at all. I’ve already adopted a signature. Help. 

All DocuSign documentation shows that the 21 CFR Part 11 meaning of signature settings and ability to edit are a part of the branding settings, however the branding settings are locked out for my client’s account. Can someone please help me figure out if this has recently changed?
