I used to have an account with Docusign for my small business when I was doing it full time. However, the past 2 years I have been doing it part time and it wasn’t cost effective to keep it up. I am going back to my business full time, but upon logging in to Docusign there is nothing there. Are all my docs now gone forever? Do I have to pay to join again to get them back? It had all my client service agreements and contact info. Thank you to whoever can help!

I have 4 people to send a document to: the first two have to initial to approve and the 3rd person just has to review and then the 4th person has to sign and I cannot figure out how to do that??

The Field Updates I have set up in an envelope template in Salesforce are not working as I expect. I have them set to update the Status of the record when the envelope is sent, and then when it is completed (per the first screenshot). I have a custom button for the envelope template set up on the record, but when I send the envelope through that button, the Status remains in “New” (per the second screenshot). Is there something I am missing in regards to something else that needs to be set up in the envelope template?

Hi all,  I am using the free trial of e-signature in order to find out if its something for our company. I want to send my first agreement, but now I found out that the signers have to click on every initial page individually. They told me that they normally dont have to do that, as filling it in once should be sufficient. I have looked everywhere, but I cannot seem to find this option. Can anyone help me?

I filled out a rental application form but before I vetted to make sure it was legit and have my personal information on there. Is there a way to unsend the already sent document? I’m having a moment of doing my best not to panic but at the same time hating that I legit didn’t think until after I hit send.

I want my form to have format of “DD ‘DAY OF’ MMMM YYYY” for my document. However, doing this format, I cannot get my date attribute to appear correctly. I have tried to make my variable both a date and text and have tried the formatted and unformatted version of my form field, but no luck. Any tips?

How do we add a time stamp after the fact? I only added date but we need time as well and its already been signed. 

Hi, I have a document that requires two signatures, one from me, and the other from either of two clients. Is there a way to set up the signing permissions this way?  Could a signature group do this? Thanks,Liza

We use DocuSign quite often in our university.This semester, I’ve signed several forms for students in another department.Once I complete the DocuSign, I see a pop-up stating the completed document was saved to my account and it asks if I want to see it now or log out.I usually log out, but this afternoon, I wanted to see the completed document and it does not exist in my account. Then, I searched for the other student forms I signed this semester, and they weren’t in my account either.How can I keep a copy of what I sign when someone else sent me the envelope for signature? I assume I am not listed to receive a completed copy within the envelope. ??:/ Since I am advising these students, I need a copy of the forms I’ve signed.Any advice is greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Dawn

Hi there!We’re considering using Docusign for a 3 page document we’ll need information collected out and signatures via Docusign and I was hoping to integrate Docusign with iCIMS to get this done. I see that they integrate for offer letters but I’m wondering if anyone has used Docusign with iCIMS for anything more than a signature? Thanks in advance,Brandi

Hi all,I’ve set up the integration with Dynamics365 as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yha1628288295010&topicId=iqm1677534379853.html&_LANG=enusand the Azure app registration as per https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/the-trenches-setting-oauth-docusign-connect-microsoft-azure - added the details into OAuth in Dynamics DocuSign AdminThe app registration was done by a global admin in Azure AD and the user signed in to the integration doesn’t have Azure global admin but is sys admin in Dynamics.The buttons are showing on the ribbon for Account but when I click Go to DocuSign, I get “Failed to retrieve DocuSign URL for this environment”. If I click Get signatures, I go through the recipients and when I click on Open DocuSign, I get “Error creating envelope”. There are no other errors and if I go to DocuSign Admin and click Go to Docusign, it opens fine. Any ideas?

We have identified an issue whereby a document has been signed by the same person rather than two people.  So we are going to use Geo Locations to check this before making accounts live.  So my question is can this information be included in DocuSign Reports?  Or do you have to review this behind the scenes, any help will be appreciated.  Thanks Rosemary

How do I send or re-size a document that is larger than 25 MB please?

I am adding text to a document but when it is sent the recipient is telling me it is blank.  I have tried numerous times but it keeps happening.Please advise!

I sent an envelope to two people to sign simultaneously, and then back to my manager when the envelope was complete. Both signers signed the document, but we received no notification of them viewing the document or completing the envelope until 13 hours after it was complete. In this 13 hour period where it was signed by all parties, when I, the sender, went in to view the status, it was still ‘waiting’ with the assigned signers. This was a time-sensitive matter, and the lag time pushed us out an entire day. Does anyone else have this problem/is there a way to mitigate it?

I have sent an envelope to someone, they are able to open the envelope and complete the document, once they select complete, an error message pops up stating that they have to start the signing process again and won’t allow the document to be signed. Is there a way to fix this error. I have sent the same document multiple times as well and the recipient gets the same error message. 

I have over 80 documents from same template that i need to download the form data for (information provided by signee not just data on the envelope). It is currently only allowing me to download one at a time which is not ideal...any suggestions is helpful!

When trying to send a document via DocuSign within Salesforce, the following error appears:“A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error:0 - The remote computer refused the network connection.)”Followed by:  “Argument is undefined.”Any thoughts on the source/cause of this error?

I have a routine document that needs an attorney signature if the employee has an attorney, but not if there is not. I do not have the contact info for the attorney or knowledge of attorney in advance.  Update recipients seems like the way to go, but I do not have it as an option in Recipient roles (greyed out).  IT assures me I have been given the highest permissions, so does anyone know what needs done to activate it?  or is there another solution?
