"Your Trial Expires Next Week"

Question

Recently, I was required to use docusign for a number of different documents. I received an email today saying “ Your Trial Expires Next Week.” I do not want a docusign subscription—how do I make sure that I’m not upgraded to a paid subscription with docusign?
