Hi. A user’s draft envelope expired after 30 days. Is there any way to retrieve the envelope so that they don’t have to rebuild it? (its a sizeable envelope).

In a Salesforce to DocuSign integration.In admindemo.docusign.com/apps-and-keys, I created an app and integration key for use with a SF Partial sandbox.  I went through the Go Live and promoted that IK to DocuSign Production, and am using it in SF Production environment.  My SF Partial integration settings have not been changed and are still using the IK that has been promoted.Are the envelopes that are being generated via SF Partial, since it is using the same IK as Prod, being created with a monetary charge?  I just looked at a new signed doc from SF Partial and it has the red Demo language in the upper right.

Any change I input as a text into the document it is not showing on the receiver side of it. What can I do

I am wondering if there is a way, that while an employee is away on holidays, who is expecting to receive a signed envelope they had previously sent, can another employee view that envelope somehow?Thank you

HiWhen sending docusings between employees not all user receive an email that they have a docusign to complete. Sometimes we can do a work around and find it on the home page of the users profile, but some users do not have a pending docusign there either.  This seems to only be with internal users at the company. Thank you,Melissa

Hi all, I am trying to see if we can utilise DocuSign for one of the forms we use to collect signatures from a committee.There could be up to 15 people this needs to be sent to and each person has to provide 2 signatures each.The pain point we have is that these committee members are voted in at an AGM, so we don’t know the names of the people or their emails in advance. Any ideas on how I could approach this, I am not even sure if this can be done? 

We have a simple Web Form setup that is not advancing past the form edit/review page to the actual DocuSign signing screen. As the creator I can paste the link into a browser and flow through the process correctly, but when I share the link to others they can only start the form, enter their information in the form fields, then review what has been entered. Once they click that final “next” to go to the full document to sign it, the form freezes and goes no further. We have tried on multiple machines and used multiple browsers.

Hi,I would like to create a link that I am able to create, copy and share with people to sign the DocuSign myself rather than DocuSign sending the email to the addressee. I cannot see checkbox boundary in a signed/completed document.  Only “X” can be seen in the selected box.  I can’t also see any option to change format in properties.  Could anyone help?

we are facing an issue with DS, in which signatories and people set in cc are being asked to login 2 or 3 times before they can open the document; and in some cases, they get an error message after they login.

When I receive an email on a docusign form, it does not show my signature. It just says “Docusign” in cursive. I thought that it might just be that I haven't signed into my account. So I log in but when I open the file from my email it still shows the docusign signature. Please advise.

Hello, I recently set up (under document retention) that all sent envelopes be purged after 30 days. After doing so, all my company’s employees and even customer’s recieved notice that envelopes they are associated with will be purged. How can I stop these notifications from happening system wide? Is there a way I can do so as the administrator for my company’s DocuSign account?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Many Thx.

Hello, We are sending contracts out to various vendors, but each agreement can vary slightly. For example, one may be net 30, one may be net 45, or one agreement could have a line crossed out. With that said, we are adding a wide variety of drop downs for the vendor to complete, and adding each box to each agreement is time consuming.Is there a way to create a template with the same text boxes to fill out, and then make the slight edits to the actual agreement within Docusign?Thanks

Worked out how to do this… I had collaboration switched on so please ignore Hi can any one help? I’ve created a formula field that looks at a set of drop down boxes that gives a score of 1 to 3 the formula then gives me the total value of all the drop down boxes.  I then use the same form and create a copy to save me having to recreate the entire document from scratch.  However when I do this the formula doesn’t work any more on the copied document and I have to recreate all the drop down boxes again for it to work. Any one know a way around this or why it’s doing this? 

What is the best way to increase the signing link expiration time(48 hrs/5 click)in remote signing option? Or is there a way the signing link will not expire for the recipient signer? Thanks!Belal

I am very new.  How do I create a document in DocuSign or upload one I have already created for signing? 

My role is to review and approve all documents and forward to president with recommendation for signature.  I cannot tell whether my attempt to approve will result in me unintentionally signing the document.  Docusign seems based on simplistic idea “Click here, and you’re all done!”  The real world is more complicated.

We allow Document visibility by going to advanced options and under ‘Recipient Privileges’  checking ‘Recipients must be signers to view signed documents’.When we have multiple documents, and some signers sign some documents and not others, the signers who do not sign a certain document cannot view that signed document if they are not a signer. The workaround we came up with for this was to add a small blank ‘read only’ text box for that recipient who was not a singer on the document they are not a signer on in order for them to see it.Hoping there is another way around this issue. Thanks
