A signer has declined to sign because they need the signer proceeding them to sign first. I noticed my “Correct” and “Resend” features are missing from this particular signing order, so I’m unable to correct the Signing Order. Usually I have access. How do I resend or correct?

 

I do not have the correct and resend feature for mine either.  ID:.  I am the admin and was the original sender.

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

If a signer has declined to signed then the envelope in question has been voided and cannot be corrected. Under these circumstances, you will be required to recreate the envelope. 

To save some time and effort, I suggest copying the envelope, as described below:
